1 Tiffin Expert: Saee Tomato & Coconut Curried Eggs: Who can resist the masaledar taste and tempting aroma of Egg Curry? It's a wholesome dish that has protein from eggs and the goodness of veggies weaved into one, making it a truly awesome tiffin recipe. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds a burst of rich tomato flavour to this already delicious dish. Finely chopped garlic: 1 clove Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh coriander: 1 tbsp Boiled egg halves: 2 Sliced onion: 1 Finely chopped ginger: 1/4 inch Curry leaves: 3-4 Chopped green chilli: 1 Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon Cumin seeds: ¼ teaspoon

2 Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon Coconut milk: 3 tablespoons Red chilli powder: ¼ teaspoon Coriander powder: ½ teaspoon Garam masala: A pinch Water as required Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, chilli, ginger, garlic, and curry leaves. Saute for 1-2 minutes Add the onion and saute until the edges begin to turn pink Add the Kissan Tomato Fresh Ketchup, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Saute it well and add water to the mixture Season the mixture with salt and add the eggs. Pour the coconut milk over and coat well Cook the eggs until all the coconut milk is absorbed Garnish the curry with coriander and pack it for your child with vegetable fried rice. Mango Khantoli: Mango Khantoli is a super sweet treat for your children. With the indulgent flavour of Mango and Coconut, it s truly drool-worthy! Kissan Mango Jam is the magical ingredient which makes the dish extremely appealing with its fruity aroma and taste. Rice rawa: 1 ½ cups Water: 2 ½ cups Freshly grated coconut: ¼ cup (20g) Ghee: 2 tablespoons Dry dates powder: 2 tablespoons Kissan Mango Jam: 1 ½ tablespoons Cardamom powder: A pinch Pistachio flakes to garnish Heat ghee in a pan and roast rice rawa until fragrant and light pink Bring the water almost to boiling point and keep it ready Pour in the boiled water into the mixture and mix it together avoiding any lumps Add dry dates powder and Kissan Mango Jam to the mixture and give it a quick mix When the rava absorbs almost all the liquid, add almost all the coconut (save a little for the garnish) and cardamom powder. Mix it well Put the cooked mixture in a lightly greased thali or baking tray. Sprinkle the reserved coconut and pistachio flakes and pat lightly to press them in Cool completely and cut into squares or diamonds

It s a smart way to serve your child protein rich kabuli chana in a tiffin that s sure to come back empty. Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce gives the Chaat a chatpata taste that goes very well with channa. Soaked & boiled chickpeas: 1 cup Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 1.5 tablespoons Mustard seeds: ½ teaspoon Curry leaves springs Hing: A pinch Slit green chilli: 1 Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon Chopped capsicum: 2 tablespoons Chopped raw mango: 1 tablespoon Sweet potato (boiled): 1 tablespoon Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon Freshly grated coconut: 1 tablespoon Oil: 2 teaspoons Chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, curry leaves, green chilli and hing. Saute it well. Add capsicum, raw mango, sweet potato and boiled kabuli chana. Mix it together Followed by cumin powder, Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce and salt to taste Switch off the flame and garnish the mixture with coriander leaves, coconut and add lemon juice Serve it with a whole wheat bread in the tiffin. Spinach, Corn and Cheese Breakfast Cups: Corn is every child s all-time favourite ingredient and so is cheese. Put these two together in the form of Muffins, with a healthy dose of spinach, and they ll finish it up in no time. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup gives the healthy muffins a fun flavour and makes it super tasty to munch on! Refined flour (maida): 2 tablespoons Whole wheat flour (atta): 1 cup Ground oats: 2 tablespoons Corn flour (makkai ka atta): 2 tablespoons Baking powder: 1 teaspoon Baking soda: ½ teaspoon Grated cheddar cheese: ¼ cup

4 Sweet corn kernels: ½ cup Chopped spinach: 1 cup Egg: 1 Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 3 tablespoons Skimmed milk: 1¼ cup Black pepper to taste Olive oil: 1 ½ tablespoons Preheat the oven at 180 C Take a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix it well. Keep it aside In a separate bowl, add all the wet ingredients and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Mix it well Now add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and combine it using a spoon, ensuring there are no lumps. Fill muffin cases with the mixture until half way up. Bake it until the tops are golden brown and a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Pack these healthy muffins in your child's tiffin box Chicken Fried Rice: We ve created a healthier version of Chicken Fried Rice! This multi-nutrient, one-pot meal is tossed with vegetables and tangy soy sauce to make your child s break time a whole lot more interesting. Cooked basmati rice: 1 large cup Shredded chicken (boiled): ½ cup Egg yolk: 1 cup Finely sliced baby corn: ¼ cup Finely chopped bell peppers: ¼ cup Finely chopped celery stalks: 1 tablespoon Finely chopped spring onions: 2 tablespoons Finely chopped garlic: 2 cloves Finely chopped ginger: ¼ inch Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 3 tablespoons Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, celery and the whites of the spring onions. Saute until soft. Add the baby corn and bell peppers, saute until the baby corn changes colour. Meanwhile, beat the egg with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add this to the pan and scramble quickly.

5 Add the chicken, soy sauce and Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce and mix well. Tip in the rice and toss well. Finish with a sprinkling of the spring onion greens.
