With our private event services, leave the details to us and focus on what s most important: the wonderful feeling that accompanies sharing great food and wine with friends and family. Upon entering your private event space, you and your guests will feel as if you have stepped into the gracious home of Francis and Eleanor Coppola. You will be seated together at family-style tables draped in elegant linens, and accessorized with crystal and china. Our dedicated wait staff will keep your glasses flowing with our award-winning wines, while presenting you with multiple culinary courses inspired by Coppola family favorites and prepared by our chef, Tim Bodell. We offer personalized, all-inclusive planning from start to finish, with distinctive venues that accommodate up to 300 people. 3 POOL & PARK Capacity: 300 pool deck / 180 pool Upon entering the gates of our winery, visitors immediately notice the luxurious double swimming pool to the right of the main gate. Just adjacent, landscaped lawns and bocce courts create the perfect park setting for an outdoor event. Whether for dinner, cocktails, wine tasting, or a full-scale pool party, the pool & patio space offers an entertaining and relaxed atmosphere for guests to unwind outdoors in style and comfort. Bocce courts and classic game tables are available in the park. Available evenings only (after 7pm) from April - October. Available for private pool events 11am 6pm Monday-Thursday, April and October. Style & Comfort

PAVILION Capacity: 150 standing / 80 seated To the north end of the pool stands the iconic Pavilion, silhouetted against a backdrop of vineyards beneath the wide-open Alexander Valley sky.

The Pavilion is the premium spot for guests to enjoy dinner, live music, and dancing under the stars. The bandshell takes its architectural inspiration from The Godfather: Part II, and features a replica of the mural from the 1974 film. Private performances may be hosted in this venue. Perfect for live music and dancing. Ideal setting for wine, dessert, and cigar bars. Available evenings only (after 6:30pm).

6 WEST TERRACE Capacity: 150 standing / 120 seated On the far side of the swimming pool, adjacent to the entertainment Pavilion and bocce courts, the West Terrace offers an elegant and relaxed wine country atmosphere for your event. Host a lunch, dinner, large family or corporate celebration while taking in the views of surrounding hills and vineyards. A few friendly games of bocce will round out an ideal afternoon or evening for your guests. Private during evening (after 6:30pm) / semi-private during the day. Includes access to two bocce courts with the option of a private instructor. Elegant & Relaxed

7 WEST TOWER Capacity: 100 standing or theater seating / 60 dinner seating / 62 conference style seating The West Tower s distinctive pyramid rooftop is visible from the main entrance of the winery, just beyond the swimming pool, but your guests can skip the crowds by using the Tower s separate, private entrance. Inside, the West Tower offers the perfect setting for receptions and private dining experiences. Equipped with an HDMI projection screen and surround sound, the Tower is also an ideal location for business meetings and presentations. This space is adjacent to the West Terrace and two bocce courts, and is a perfect place for team building activities and dining after a day of meetings. Available for both day and evening use. Option to add on adjacent West Terrace. Includes access to two bocce courts with the option of a private instructor.

8 BARREL ROOM Capacity: 250 standing / 160 seated Dine deep in the heart of the winery, where our wines are aged to perfection. In the Barrel Room, you ll be surrounded by oak wine barrels, while overhead the glow of Italian string lights add to the classic winery atmosphere. The Barrel Room is our largest event venue, but can also be transformed into a wonderfully intimate space. Part of the charm of this space is that it s a working part of the winery; the temperature is set at a constant 64 F for the comfort of our wines. Venue space can be adjusted based on the size of group. Availability is subject to the winemaking and harvest seasons; please call for schedule details.

The Gallery & Gallery Bar are ideal for intimate gatherings or small corporate events. The semiprivate space offers views of the Alexander Valley to the east and our pool area to the west.
