4 Drinks Parkside School is fully licensed and has its own comprehensive wine list. Should you wish to supply your own wine for the reception drinks then corkage of per bottle will be charged. A further per bottle will be charged should you wish to provide wine for your wedding breakfast. There is also an additional charge of per bottle, should you wish to provide champagne for your toast. A full bar is available until 11.45pm. Drinks may be charged directly to the host or may be purchased by guests. White Wine Marques de Calado Macabeo, Carinena, Spain per bottle Fresh, floral aromas reminiscent of aromatic herbs such as anise and fennel, the smooth and velvety palate is fruit driven with citrus and banana characteristics. Five Foot Track Chardonnay, South Eastern, Australia per bottle Pale straw yellow with youthful green hues. A nose of citrus fruits and ripe apples, with underlying notes of vanilla. Crisp lemon and lime on the palate, served up with a rounded and buttery feel. Bantry Bay Chenin Blanc, South Africa. An aromatic wine with hints of tropical and citrus fruit on the nose and palate. Aires Andinos Sauvignon Blanc, Mendoza, Argentina per bottle A zesty, clean and aromatic Argentinian Sauvignon Blanc that is fruity yet clean, crisp and refreshing. Pinot Grigio Malandrino, Veneto, Italy. Made using 100% Pinot Grigio this wine displays notes of citrus fruits, with a hint of floral aromas. Baron de Baussac Viognier, PGI Pays de l Herault, France per bottle Orange blossom with a hint of pineapple on the nose, full-bodied and refreshing with aromas of ripe apricots and peaches. Fathoms Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand per bottle Ripe, lemony and zesty with an exquisite bouquet of elderflower and fresh gooseberries and a long mouthwatering finish.

5 Chablis Cape St Martin, Burgundy, France per bottle This is a lively and fresh Chablis with clean citrus aromas. Crisp and fruity on the palate with a good steely character. The finish is long and lean, perfect for accompanying meaty white fish. Rosé Wine Bois des Violettes, Vin de Pays d'oc, France, per bottle Wonderfully fresh with intense aromas of violet and lychee. The palate is youthful, juicy, rich and well balanced. Torre Alta Pinot Grigio Rosé, Veneto, Italy This wine demonstrates just why Pinot Grigio Rosé is so popular at the moment. The elegant bouquet displays strawberry aromas in abundance and intense notes of acacia flowers. Dry, soft and well-balanced on the palate with a round and full bodied structure. Red Wines Marques de Calado Tempranillo, VDT Castilla y Leon, Spain per bottle Classic Tempranillo notes of dark cherry and blackcurrant are prevalent on the nose, lifted by a hint of dried flowers and sweet spice. Superbly balanced, the fruits of the forest flavours are perfectly complemented by soft tannins. Two Ridge Trail Merlot, South Eastern Australia per bottle An inviting nose of plum, earth and eucalyptus leads into a palate of blackberry and raspberry, with a supple texture and a satisfying fruit sweetness. Montepulciano d'abruzzo Torre Cerere, Italy per bottle Montepulciano d'abruzzo always offers great value for money. This perfect example is a full and fruity wine with hints of black cherry and damson. Five Foot Track Shiraz, South Eastern, Australia. A medium weight red, with a pleasing balance between ripe fruit and savoury, earthy notes on the nose. The palate is succulent and mouth-filling, with lashings of red berry and brambles. Aires Andinos Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina per bottle A rich, ripe wine with plenty of smooth black fruit and warming hints of spice.
