THE WINES IN THE LIST HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY SELECTED TO COMPLEMENT THE DISHES WE SERVE AND THEY REPRESENT SOME OF THE BEST WINES OF THEIR TYPE IN TERMS OF BOTH QUALITY AND VALUE FOR MONEY. All glasses of wine are served in 250ml and 175ml measures, 1 glasses are available only upon request. All spirits are served in glasses. All prices include Vat. Fresh with juicy acidity accompanied by crisp herbaceous flavours. Vistamar Rosé - Chile Off -dry, medium bodied, refreshing rosé with blackberry and raspberry fruit and pleasant balanced acidity. Vistamar Merlot - Chile Aromas of red fruit and plums overlaid with pleasant nuances of cinnamon. Soft, fruity and full of berry and plum fruit with a subtle hint of peppery spice WHITE WINE SELECTION Kleindal Chenin Blanc - South Africa Up front Chenin Blanc with a heady nose of stone fruit and honey developing into a palate of apricots and honey with a touch of sweetness making the palate more accessible. Beyond The River Chardonnay - Australia Soft fruit on the nose with hints of melons, pears and a touch of oak; rich and creamy with subtle fruit and wonderful buttery taste. Perfectly balanced with very subtle hints of soft vanilla oak combined with refreshing acidity. Mirabello Pinot Grigio - Italy A fresh, dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas. Crisp and delicate on the palate with lightly honeyed fruit balanced by lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish. Percheron Chenin Viognier - South Africa Vibrant and aromatic with delicious aromas of fresh apricot, nectarine and hints of passion fruit. Creamy on the palate with flavours of just picked apricots and nuances of guava; touches of minerality deliver a delicious balance. Coto Mayor Rioja Blanco - Spain Gentle aromas of grapefruit and passion-fruit with a fresh, fruity, concentrated palate balanced by crisp acidity. Cloud Factory Sauvignon Blanc - New Zealand Gentle aromas of grapefruit and passion-fruit with a fresh, fruity, concentrated palate balanced by crisp acidity. Bottle ROSÉ WINE SELECTION Discovery Beach Zinfandel Rosé - U.S.A A fantastic medium style rosé from California's flagship variety. Delicate ripe watermelon, appealing strawberry and a touch of dried cranberry swirl together with cream soda hints and a gentle sweetness. Euca Hill Shiraz Rosé - Australia A fruity, off-dry rose with inviting aromas of blackberry and plum. Soft, summer berry flavours with a subtle hint of peppery spice.

3 W I N E S RED WINE SELECTION Kleindal Ruby Cabernet - South Africa A cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan, this is an easy drinking, medium bodied wine, well structured with notes of ripe berries underpinned by soft accessible tannins and a lengthy finish. Gold County Cabernet Sauvignon - U.S.A Very accessible Cabernet Sauvignon, easy-drinking, warm and supple red with notes of ripe red berries, cherries and fruit jam. Lomas Carrera Merlot - Chile This is classic Merlot, medium bodied, soft and silky with ripe damson and plum fruit flavours and a spicy, slightly peppery finish. Mountbridge Reserve Shiraz - Australia A well crafted Shiraz with rich plumy fruit and hints of spice and cracked black pepper Los Vinateros Crianza Rioja - Spain Displays a combination of agreeable damson and cherry fruit fused with pleasing toasted vanilla and coconut notes from 18 months barrel maturation. Pablo Y Walter Malbec - Argentina A really pure expression of Malbec, bright red & juicy; rich chocolate flavours with a lick of oak to round out the edges. Muy, muy fantasticó. Bottle SPARKLING WINE SELECTION Prosecco Nua - Italy A great little gem from Italy. Elegant and crisp, with a fruity bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits, hints of freshly baked bread and a final scent of honey and hazelnut. Mellow and textured, full of flavour with a lovely almond aftertaste. Portaceli Cava Brut Rosado - Spain Vibrant with a lively mousse and touches of cherry, blackberries, juicy redcurrant and strawberry flavours that develop in the glass. Smooth, fruity and elegant CHAMPAGNE SELECTION Gremillet Sèlection Brut N.V - France Fresh floral aromas mixed with characteristic sweet, doughy overtones, which are balanced by richer fruit, peach skin characters and classic baked biscuit flavours with a crisp citrus finish. Laurent Perrier Brut N.V - France elegant champagne is memorable for its freshness and finesse - a perfect introduction to the unique spirit of Laurent-Perrier. An elegant spine of zesty acidity gives the wine structure and refreshes the palate. Chablis Elegance Moreau - France Elegant, complex, well-developed bouquet with scents of white blossoms and mild spice reminiscent of lemongrass and white mint. Full powerful and minerally on the palate with flavours of citrus zest. Sancerre La Clochette - France Dry, crisp and elegant with fresh gooseberry fruit dominating the senses. Un-oaked, the palate is rich in fruit flavours and finishes with the right balance of texture and refreshing acidity R E D S E L E C T I O N Mon Vieux Sheer Syrah Tannat - South Africa Black and warmly spicy with notes of star anise and flavours of earthy forest fruits, this has character, restrained minerality and a moreish, savoury acidity on the finish. An inspired blend of elegant Syrah enveloped in a velvet glove of flavoursome Tannat. Wishbone Shiraz Grenache - Australia Warm plum and raspberry fruit on the nose with hints of dusty earth, spice and violets. Medium to full bodied with juicy plum, raspberry, black cherry, spice and a lick of creamy oak. It s a generous juicy mouthful with bags of fruit and spice, a hint of tea and good acidity keeps it vibrant.
