NV Manzanilla Deliciosa, Valdespino, Jerez, Spain 37.5cl 7.50 Pale straw yellow coloured, with a delicate yeasty, bready note on the nose, as well as a hint of flower blossom. On the palate it is very dry, a crisp and fresh and a slightly saline finish. NV Amontillado Tio Diego, Valdespino, Jerez, Spain 75cl 7.50 Dry and complex, with notes of dried fruits, a touch of caramel and toffee. NV Pedro Ximénez El Candado, Valdespino, Jerez, Spain 37.5cl 9.75 Dried fruits, raisins, figs, and subtle notes of chocolate, vanilla and coffee. Smooth and velvety.
