1 Riesling Auslese Wawern Herrenberg The 2015 Riesling Auslese (AP #5) is clear and concentrated on the lovely aromatic nose that delivers lush pineapple and grapefruit aromas along with a very delicate slate spiciness. This is a lush yet very delicate Auslese with perfectly ripe fruit, nely piquant and crystalline acidity and a stimulatingly pure, precise and salty nish. Bottled with 7% alcohol and a rather moderate residual sweetness. Its mineral nish makes this a highly nessed and elegant gastronomic Auslese in 10 to 15 years. From colored slate soils, the 2015 Wawern Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett is intense and complex on the fruity/mineral nose and exhibits a dense and stony avor. Mouth- lling, juicy and piquant, this is a light but intense and salty, well structured Kabinett with generous fruit, stimulating crystallinity and a salty nish. Nice grip. Bottled with 8.5% alcohol. Kabinett is clear, precise and inty on the nose and shows a concentrated fruit aroma. Light and lush on the palate, this is a charmingly round and fruity Kabinett. Like the dry GG counterpart, it is smooth rather than piquant on the palate and reveals its crystalline, nesse-full nature and vitality only in the stimulating nish. Bottled with 8.5% alcohol.

2 Riesling Trocken GG Trocken GG is intense, ripe and concentrated on the nose. Mediumbodied, creamy and elegant, this dry Riesling cru lacks a bit of the piquancy that I consider to be the main feature of the Bockstein. On the other hand, the smoother acidity gives a pleasant, well-balanced and elegant Riesling that is ready to be drunk but can also be cellared for 10 or more years. Bottled in June Kanzemer Altenberg (Versteigerung) The 2015 Kanzemer Altenberg Riesling Kabinett (Versteigerung) AP #10 is intense and smoky, beautifully pure, precise and deep on the nose, with a complex mix of perfectly ripe and aromatic fruit aromas and crushed stone avors. Mouth- lling, round and lush, this is a very ne, elegant and perfectly balanced Kabinett with highly delicate acidity and stimulating salinity in the pretty long nish. Clear, intense and piquant in its concentrated fruit and int stone aromas, the 2015 (AP #8) has a lush and intense, very juicy and saltypiquant palate. The nish is complex, well structured and persistent. This is a gorgeous Spätlese from the younger vines in the Altenberg, but its aging potential should be excellent.

3 Riesling Feinherb Kabine 韀 The 2015 Riesling Feinherb Kabinett displays a beautifully clear and aromatic, very elegant and seductive bouquet of very ne slate and tropical fruit aromas. This is a really light, round and charming Kabinett with elegance, nesse and pleasant fruit. Riesling Auslese Alte Reben The 2015 Riesling Auslese Alte Reben (AP #4) displays intense and delicate, nely concentrated and elegant fruit on the nose. Rich, intense and concentrated on the palate, this is a nessed, lush and highly delicate Auslese from 45+year-old vines. It is very digestible on its own and certainly also with food, if you can wait for 15 to 20 years... Deep and inty, with good fruit concentration and a smoky stoniness on the nose, the 2015 Kanzem Altenberg Riesling Kabinett is piquant and salty on the palate, pure but also rich, intense and complex, with a very good grip and a persistent structure. Although it is a lighter bodied wine, I would cellar it for at least another seven years but it can surely age for 15+ years.

4 Wiltingen Kupp Kanzemer Altenberg (Versteigerung) Alte Reben The 2015 Wiltingen Kupp Riesling Kabinett is still a bit reductive on the nose but shows a ripe Riesling fruit and delicate slate aroma. Light, lush, pure and piquant on the palate, this is a deliciously clear and elegant Kabinett classic that is light as a feather, vital and very stimulating. Bottled with 8.5% alcohol. The auctioned 2015 Kanzemer Altenberg (Versteigerung) AP #7 is super clear and ne in its intense and bright fruit aromas that are perfectly intertwined with the crystalline and smoky terroir avors. Lush and piquant on the palate, with well concentrated and juicy fruit, remarkably ne acidity and mineral grip, this is a mouth- lling, precise and very elegant Spätlese with a long and salty, well structured nish. Great nesse and complexity here, very stimulating. The 2015 Riesling Spätlese Alte Reben (AP #6) o ers a super ripe and intense Riesling avor with slatey, lemony and candied grapefruit aromas that indicate a certain percentage of very ne botrytis. Round, rich and piquant, with nice elegance and vitality, this is a well structured and salty Spätlese with a slightly dry and phenolic nish at this early stage.

5 Riesling Trocken GG Riesling Beerenauslese Spätlese is stunningly intense, fresh and concentrated on the super aromatic nose. Intense but light and elegant, with ripe fruit and nely piquant acidity, this is a delicate Spätlese with a ne structure and stimulating purity. Bottled with 7.5% alcohol and moderate sweetness, this should be a ne food partner in 10 years. The 2015 Riesling Trocken GG displays a clear, intense and aromatic bouquet of ripe and concentrated Riesling berries, yelloweshed stone fruits and some tropical fruit avors. Clear and piquant on the palate, this is an elegant, pretty dry Riesling with vital yet ne acidity, good grip and a slightly salty nish. However, I miss a bit of charm and sexiness here, but this should be a classic and honest dry Riesling with a bit more complexity in a few years. The 2015 Riesling Beerenauslese displays a very clear and re ned bouquet of super ripe and concentrated stone fruits on the nose along with grapefruit, lemon and a very delicate int aroma. Bottled with 6% alcohol, this is a sweet, lush, nessed and perfectly balanced, almost weightless BA with a wonderfully aromatic, honey- avored nish. Highly delicate!
