3 Venue A rustic and intimate space to say I do Pertaringa McLaren Vale The Barrel Shed at Pertaringa provides a rustic and intimate space for the smaller and more relaxed receptions. The lawn overlooking the vineyard is the ideal ceremony spot where you can stand beneath the gum tree and say I Do in front of the vines. The space is beautiful as is or you are welcome to transform it to suit your style and tell your story. Weddings at Pertaringa offer you an affordable, yet beautiful spot to say I Do. 4 Packages Ceremony at Pertaringa For your outdoor ceremony, you can stand beneath the gum trees on the lush lawn overlooking the vineyard. This spot is beautifully simple as is or you can dress it up by hiring items to make the space your own. The cellar door will be closed for you, giving you exclusive use of the property. This also includes use of the grounds for photos, wine barrels for ceremony, a signing table and a water station for guests. Beverages can be purchased for the ceremony at an additional cost. Guests can enjoy the stunning view from the deck while you have your photos taken in the vineyard or at our other beautiful garden venue, Tipsy Hill. Reception at Pertaringa Terms and conditions Hold your reception in the rustic Barrel Shed, which is lined with wine barrels to create an intimate space to celebrate with your family and friends. The Barrel Shed is perfect for a more relaxed event and we encourage catering such as food trucks, wood oven pizzas and canapé style food for a stand up function. You are welcome to decorate the space to reflect your own style and tell your story. Suitable for smaller weddings, the Barrel Shed is licensed for up to 50 guests. Larger groups can be catered to, but will incur additional costs.

7 Terms and conditions Terms & Conditions Bookings will be considered tentative for 7 days and confirmed after a non-refundable deposit of $750 is received. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice. Final number of guests is required 14 days prior to the event. Final payment is required 7 days prior to the event. Payment by credit card will incur a 1.2% fee. Cancellations within 14 days of event require full payment of the event. Minimum charges apply (see Pricing). Prices are subject to change at discretion of Wines by Geoff Hardy. Wines outlined in this package are examples only, the wines available to you will be current release wines from our Wines by Geoff Hardy range. Wine packages are for a 5-hour period. A surcharge per hour will be charged at $30 (Gold) and $15 (Silver) per person for every hour over the 5-hour period. No beverages may be brought onto the property without prior arrangement. We do not allow service of spirits at your event. Wines purchased for pre-dinner drinks may only be purchased through Wines by Geoff Hardy. Additional charges will apply for guests over 50 people. Guests may be required to hire air conditioning if needed at an additional cost. Any damage to the property will be charged to booking client accordingly. Wines by Geoff Hardy does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises before, during or after an event, including gifts, decorations and other client property. The client is financially responsible for any damage sustained to property before, during or after the event by the client, their guests or by outside contractors engaged by the client. Wines by Geoff Hardy will not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances out of our control. The client may arrange their own insurance and / or security should this be required. All guests must vacate the property by midnight. Last drinks and drink packages will need to end no later than 11:30pm. All deliveries for events can be received between 9am-5pm weekdays and 11am-5pm on weekends. No use of rice or confetti at the property. Any decorations, gifts etc. to be removed by 2pm the Tuesday following your event, otherwise a pack-up fee may be applicable. Please complete the wedding checklist four weeks prior to your wedding.
