On the basis of info.nnation furnished by the registrant, the above named pesticide is hereby reregistered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Registration is in no way to be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of this product by the Agency. In order to protect health and the environment, the Administrator, on his motion, may at any time suspend or can,cel the registration of a pesticide in accordance with the Act. The acceptance of any name in connection with the registration of a product under this Act is not to be construed as giving the registrant a right to exclusive use of the name or to its use if it has been covered by others. Based on your response to the inorganic sulfites Reregistration Eligibility Document, EPA has reregistered the product listed above. This action is taken under the authority of section 4(g)(2)(c) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, as amended. Reregistration under this section does not eliminate the need for continual reassessment of pesticides. EPA may require submission of data at any time to maintain the registration of your product. Before releasing the product for shipment, submit two copies of a final printed label which makes the following changes: (continued page 2)... 2 EPA Form Page 2 - EPA Reg. No (continued) CONTAINER LABEL CHANGE~ Page 1 - Add the full company address so that the company can be contacted. Page 1- Increase the size of the "CAUTION" signal word as per the Label Review Manual. Page 2 - Change "Caution if inhaled or absorbed... " to "Caution if inhaled, swallowed, or absorbed... ". Page 2- Change "Cause eye irritation... " to "Causes moderate eye irritation... ". Page 2 - Change"... after handling. Remove... " to "after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, or us~g tobacco. Remove... ". Page 2 - Add the missing "If swallowed" statements. PAD LABEL 1. After "Do not reuse pad", add "When using this pad to pack grapes, refer to pad container label for complete directions for use". 2. The pad label lists the company website. Should you wish to add/retain a reference to the company's website Or;t your label, then please be aware that the website becomes labeling under the Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide Act and is subject to review by the Agency. If the website is false or misleading, the product would be misbranded and unlawful to sell or distribute under FIFRA section 12(a)(1)(E). The 40 CFR (a)(5) list examples of statements EPA may consider false or misleading. In addition, regardless of whether a website is referenced on your product's label, claims made on the website may not substantially differ from those claims approved through the registration process. Therefore should the Agency fmd or if it is brought to our attention that a website contains false or misleading statements or claims substantially differing from the EPA approved registration, the website will be referred to the EPA's Office of Enfdrcement and Compliance Assurance. As an alternative, you may refer consumers to the company's phone number or e:mail address. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Product shipped after 12 months from the date of this Notice or the next printing of the label, whichever occurs first, must bear the new revised label. Please find a copy of the approved label stamped "Accepted with comments". If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA Section 6( e ). Your release for shipment of the product constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

4 [CONTAINER LABEL] ~{s PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals CAUTION. Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through skin. Causes eye irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Avoid breathing dust. Wear chemical-resistant gloves made of waterproof material such as polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash clothing before reuse. Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. FIRST AID: If inhaled: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice. Ifin eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or.doctor for further treatment advice. DIRECTIONS FOR USE It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. To assure freshness by the fungicidal control of botrytis cinerea on table grapes. 1. Pad contents should never come in direct contact with table grapes. 2. Do not use defective pads (e.g. tom pad or broken seal). 3. Use a polyethylerie liner in an appropriate shipping container. 4. Cover the bottom 'of the polyethylene liner with fine wood shavings or other suitable packing material. 5. A sheet of tissue paper may be placed on the packing material and over the sides of the box. 6. Tissue-wrap grape bunch~s, if desired, and pack in box. 7. If tissue is used, fold it over the top of the grapes. 8. Lay a single pad containing Sodium Metabisulfite over the tissue. Do not place more than 1 pad for each 8.2 kg (18Ibs) of table grapes. 9. Fold the polyethylene liner over the pad. Seal the box. 10. Place the boxes of packed grapes in refrigerated storage at 0-2 C. 11. Remove pad frbm case before display of grapes for sale or after removal of container from retail store refrigeration facilities. 12. If the pad is tom, remove pad and damaged grapes and hold remainder of contents for 24 hours before displaying. Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Pesticide Storage: Keep this product dry in a tightiy closed container, when not in use. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and flame. Pesticide Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Container Disposal: In case of decomposition, isolate container (if possible) and flood area with large amounts of water to dissolve all material before discarding this container. No refillable container: Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer for recycling if available or dispose of box (or bag) in a sanitary landfill or by other procedures approved by state and local authorities.
