Reds Measures: Our Wines by the glass are measured 175ml standard and 250ml large, Sparkling Wine 125ml Dessert Wine, Sherry and Port Measures are 70ml Our Spirits are measured in 35ml measures per single Region Glass Lg Glass ½ Btl Btl 175ML 250ML Infinitus (Exclusive to The Lounge) Spain Cabernet Sauvignon & Tempranillo Oak. Well integrated with the oak, lending it a toasted finish, which makes it delectable. Wide and tasty final. Faustino VII Spain/Rioja This Tinto is a blend of harmonious sunny fruits, vanilla and spice Torres Sangre de Toro Spain A deep ruby red colour with rich complex aromas of spice, packed with blackberry fruits. Hardy William Shiraz Langhorne Creek Australia A Full bodied red wine with blackberry and mulberry fruits, complemented with rich pepper and vanilla spice. Jean Claude Boisset Pinot Noir France Dark Red, with deep purple reflections. Very open already with ripe fruit notes. Good balance with tannic support evident but subtle. Bottega Acino D Oro Chianti Italy The grapes, used to produce this Chianti, grown with 'cordone speronato' method, are pressed and fermented with maceration in wooden vats at a controlled temperature, in order to preserve alcohol and aromas. It is followed by an ageing in oak barrels which lasts 3-4 months. Campillo Crianza Spain/Rioja Dark cherry, clear and brilliant, fruity with a toasted oak nose. In the mouth this is a fruity wine with wood tannin. Very well structured. Alto De Plata Malbec Crianza Argentina Deep Crimson with sharp candy red highlights upon swirling, jazzy notes of blackberries and sour cherries develop into fine traces of smoke and spices. It has a refreshing finish.

2 Reds Cont Region Btl Muga Reserva Spain A purplish red, elegant and complete despite its youth. A very popular red in Gibraltar. Mommessin Chateau De Montmelas, Beaujolais Villages France An indulgent wine that will perfectly accompany most dishes. It is also a very complex wine with black fruit flavours and a slight floral touch underscored by notes of sweet spice. Protos Crianza Spain Is a red wine from the D.D Ribera del Duero made from 100% del País grapes, soft and tasty mid palate. It is a medium-high bodied wine with noticeable tannins, a good acidity and a good persistent finish. Terrazas De Los Andes Malbec Argentina Produced in limited quantities, the Terrazas are excellent examples of variental types. Great fruit expression, body and structure Rioja Reserva 2013 Marqués de Riscal Spain A classic Rioja Reserva. Full bodied and muscular, yet smoothly polished and embellished with complex aromas of vanilla and toasted oak, combined with summer fruit flavours. Les Charmes de Magnol Bordeaux France A dry red, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It has aromas of ripe fruit, plum, spice, tobacco and coffee, elegant, velvety tannins Mommessin Chateau Neuf Du Pape France Expressive, marked by tones of black and dried fruits mixed with aromas of coffee wax and cedar wood. Fleshy and round with a nice length. This is a rich and generous wine. Bottega Amarone Della Valpolicella 2010 Verona Italy A full bodied, balanced and pleasant wine. The selected harvest, the drying on trellises and ageing in small oak casks make this wine the Il Vino Degli Dei (the wine of gods) * Recommended Corimbo I 2010, Ribera Del Duero Spain Award Winning Wine 2016 Decanter World Wine Awards. Platinum Best in Show Explosive aromas of black and blue fruits, Indian spices, potpourri and smoky minerals, with a mocha quality in the background. Fleshy, expansive and smooth, with excellent clarity and spicy lift to its cassis and boysenberry flavours. Roda 1 Reserva 2009 Spain We cannot recommend this wine enough, a most delicious Rioja. Big volume, intensity and delicateness at the same time, silky and soft. Important retronasal. The black plum and chocolate stands out in the mouth, with some red and fresh notes, all in perfect ripeness state. It is a delicately fresh wine without losing the warmth and very elegant. Wine is one of the most civilized things in the world and one of the most natural things of the world that has been brought to the greatest perfection, and it offers a greater range for enjoyment and appreciation than, possibly, any other purely sensory thing. Faustino VII Viura Rioja Spain A very popular white wine, crispy and appley, with delicate floral and spicy notes. Perfect pair with fish dishes. Diamante Roja Blanco Spain Mediterranean style semi sweet white wine with intense fruity aromas. When served cold, it suits creams, consommés, white fish, seafood soup, desserts, sweets and ice cream. Torres Floralis Moscatel Oro Spain One of the most charismatic dessert wines of the Mediterranean, a nectar of unmistakable floral aromas with a voluptuous and sensual palate. Bolla Pinot Grigio Italy One of our most popular whites, it s beautiful pale straw colour and crisp lively taste of lemons, limes, peaches and melons. A light dry wine. Bottega Delle Venizie Pinot Grigio Italy A dry White wine with pleasant fruit scent made by the very popular Bottega brand Mommessin Cuvee Saint Pierre Sauvignon Blanc France This wine has a beautiful light pale yellow colour with straw colour tints. Very fresh and pleasant. Jean Claude Boisset Chardonnay France Delicious dry chardonnay, with orchards of creamy apple fruit, a light mineral edge and lively acidity. Very fresh and tasty. Marques De Riscal Sauvignon Blanc Loire Valley, France Pale yellow colour with greenish glints. A very complex nose with hints of fresh grass over a mineral base which gives the wine personality. It leaves a fresh, aromatic taste in the mouth and has a clean, long finish. Muga Spain/Rioja Made from the White Viura grape. Pineapple, apple and peach aromas. Sharp taste with notes of white blossom and a smooth, honeyed sensation.

4 Whites Contd Jean Claude Boisset Chablis France Clean gold, with citrus and fresh berry nose, very direct, mineral character and notes of citrus. Mommessin Pouilly Fuisse France On the nose, a floral bouquet with ripe apple and citrus fruit flavours. On the palate, a rich, silky mouth feel and a hint of almonds on a long smooth finish. A truly delicious wine. Wine is the most healthful and most hygienic of beverages. It has a bouquet reminiscent of plants with notes of fruits and spices, apricot and grapefruit pulp. An outstanding alliance with scallops, salmon or pork.
