Pinot Grigio, Da Luca, Italy Aromas of white flowers, pink grapefruit and Cox s apple; the palate displays melon and guava flavours with a crisp acidity and a note of richness. Vinuva Organic Pinot Grigio, Italy A crisp, refreshing favourite, with refreshing hints of pear and citrus. Vidal Sauvignon Blanc, Australia An aromatic and vibrant dry white wine, with intense gooseberry and citrus aromas. Viognier, Flagstone Word of Mouth, South Africa Aromas of fresh, ripe watermelon and juicy peach are encased in a delicate hint of spice. Albariño, Leiras, Spain Fresh green apple and citrus aromas with a pinch of spice on a dry, minerally palate. Pinot Gris, Starve Dog Lane, Australia Aromatics of pear and apple, ripening stone fruits, lychee and honeysuckle. Chablis, Floire de Chablis, France Bone-dry white Burgundy from Chablis most famous house. Classic Chablis flintiness with no oak ageing.

Short Mile Bay Shiraz, Australia Bursting with juicy, peppery fruit, so vibrant and easy to drink. Portillo Malbec, Argentina Plum and cherry with notes of violet, dry, soft but well structured with a finish of dry hazelnuts. The Guv nor, Grenache Tempranillo, Spain Complex, rich and stuffed with bramble and plummy flavours. Cabernet Sauvignon, Nederburg The Manor, South Africa An abundance of ripe berry and dark chocolate aromas with nuances of oak in the background; ripe fruit and delicate oak spice flavours, firm tannins and a lingering finish. Errázuriz Merlot, Chile Supple and mellow with perfumed black current and cocoa aromas. Cotes Du Rhone, France Flavours of ripe cherry, blackberry and soft pepper and spice. Rioja Crianza Tinto, Don Jacobo, Spain A blend of 90% Tempranillo with small additions of Garnacha and Mazuelo varieties. Primitivo del Salento Uno Due Cinque, Italy Intense aroma, with notes of ripe plums, tobacco leaves, cherry jam and cocoa. It is slightly spicy, with a pleasant finish of vanilla and cocoa. Zinfandel the Federalist 1776, USA Aromas of plum and cherry are dominant on the nose backed up by cinnamon spice; full-bodied, it has a firm tannin structure developing into a long smooth finish.

Provence Rose, CH, LA Gordonne, France A very careful selection of Garnacha and Syrah variety grapes. A very pale pink colour and extremely refined on the nose, it releases mineral, floral, fruity and citrus aromas. CHAMPAGNE & SPARKLING WINES Codorniu Clasico Brut, Cava, Spain A firm favourite, the classy, dry Cava. Galanti Prosecco Dry, Italy Aromas of fresh, ripe watermelon and juicy peach are encased in a delicate hint of spice. Chapel Down Brut, England Refreshing, zesty and balanced sparkling wine has fine bubbles that wrap around all corners of the mouth. Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial NV, France Distinctive flowery aromas. Balanced, fresh, soft but dry. Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut, France Fruity aromas and more subtle toasty notes.
