Floral, citrus and green apple notes on the nose. Fresh, young and pleasant Sweet Wine Willi Schaefer Graacher Domprobst Riesling Kabinett Origin: Mosel, Germany Powerfully crisp, with fresh and juicy lemon cake, green apple and citrus flavors. 3 Red Wines Balgownie Black Label Cabernet Merlot Origin: Bendigo, Australia A distinguished wine, medium to full bodied with a slightly savoury twist on the finish. Monte del Fra Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC % Corvina, 20% Rondinella. This is a thick and enduring ripasso with vibrant tones of cherry wood, spice, mesquite and smoked bacon. In the mouth, the wine tastes focused and sharp; there s a pristine quality to the fruit here A. Christmann Gimmeldingen Pinot Noir Origin: Pfalz, Germany Fine, fresh perfumed bouquet of red and dark berries. Keller Riesling Trocken Origin: Rheinhessen, Germany This is an aromatic, limestone-riesling classic with some lovely flavors of crushed stones. The wine is dry, but round and aromatic, very elegant and finesse-full. This is a charming Riesling that finishes with a pretty long, intense and aromatic aftertaste with a stimulating purity and salinity.
