1 White Wines Chardonnay An easy drinking table Chardonnay made for us by the producers of Beringer wines exhibits bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavors, with a rich, creamy texture. Domaine Talmard Macon, Burgundy Pungent aromas of grapefruit, lemon pith, tarragon and mint. Dusty, citrus and green apple flavors are complemented by zesty minerality. Classically French. Clos du Bois, Napa Valley, California Medium bodied, ripe pear & apple, with a fresh, balanced palate. A PYC favorite. Kendall Jackson Estate Napa Valley, California Crisp, tropical & citrus, light oak, 100% malo, zesty crisp acidity Sonoma Cutrer, Russian River Ranches, Russian River, California Pears, pineapple on nose, peach, apricot palate, crisp, firm, rich, long finish Vasse River, Margaret River, Australia Excellent aromas of melon, apricot and peaches, with a toasty oak finish. A full palate dominated by peaches and melon, with well integrated oak that adds weight to the wine. Kali Hart, Monterey, California Extremely ripe, with pineapple jam, apricot infused crème brulee and sweet vanilla butterscotch flavors. But for all the richness, it's crisp and bone dry. Talbott Vineyard s second tier label. Sauvignon Blanc Sherwood, Marlborough, New Zealand A wine for all seasons, versatile, food friendly and deliciously refreshing. Full of passion fruit and tropical fruit flavors a real fruit salad of a wine with some lemon notes emerging. Snolquamie, Columbia Valley Washington Bold and bright aromas fill the nose followed by a rich mouthful of citrus and melon which linger on the palate. This is a very crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. Fiddlehead Happy Canyon, Santa Ynez, California You may remember this wine from the movie Sideways. Vibrant fruit driven aromatics. Layers of peaches and pears, pineapple and grapefruit with hints of cardamom, vanilla bean and clean acidity. The gentle oak nuances act to carry the fruit to a long textural finish! Pinot Gris/Pinot Grigio/Pinot Blanc Lagaria Pinot Grigio, Delle Dolomiti, Italy Light bodied, fruity with floral notes, great for fish, or chicken dishes. Ponzi Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley, Oregon This complex nose shows aromas of ripe Gala apples, pear, apricot and marzipan with a distinct minerality. This follows through in the full mouth complemented by hints of citrus and meringue and a beautiful, crisp, long finish.

2 The Coleman Family Vineyard Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley, Oregon A fruit forward nose with aromas of pear and melon. This distinctly refreshing wine exhibits rich varietal character, with a finish that hints of tropical fruit. Witness Tree Pinot Blanc, Willamette Valley, Oregon Grown in very small quantities in the Willamette Valley. This limited bottling offers delicious fruit flavors reminiscent of apple and pear, balanced beautifully. Red Wines Syrah/ Shiraz Woop Woop Shiraz Barossa Valley, Australia Intense, bursting with blackberry fruit, blueberry jam black licorice, pepper and spice. Stump Jump Shiraz, Australia Fresh plum aromas with raspberry and pretty pot pourri notes. Licorice and rose petals come through on the mid palate. The tannins are powdery and subtle on this juicy ready to drink red. Pinot Noir Parducci Sketchbook Mendocino County, California Ripe, raspberry, sandalwood nose, light acidity, slightly oaked finish. Cooper Hill, Willamette Valley, Oregon Produced from 100% certified organic estate grown grapes. Medium bodied, with bright red cherry and spice flavors, hints of toasted coffee bean and a smooth finish. Olsen Family Vineyard Viridian, Willamette Valley, Oregon Exhibits an intense aroma of dark cherries and pomegranates that develop into a strong depth of flavor. It lingers on the tongue and finishes with a hint of spice in the background. Poppy, Monterey County, California Strawberry nose, smooth fruit notes, easy drinking. This is a great light Pinot Noir with a smooth after taste. Merlot Hogue Genesis Columbia Valley, Washington Generous raspberry and caramel, this warm, dense wine is a fine example of why Washington has been recognized as an exceptional Merlot producing region. Dense ripe black cherry aromatics with flavors of menthol and earth tones to round it out. This merlot is soft and approachable, with ripe plum, cherry and raspberry aromas and delicious, supple flavors enriched by subtle oak nuances. Fl0ra Springs, Napa Valley, California Soft, supple and ready to drink. The 2007 vintage shows full fruit characteristics of strawberry and cherry, with a hint of raspberry and spice.

Silver Palm, Napa Valley, California Rich, balanced, full bodied, fennel & cedar on nose, black cherry flavors. Displays intense black fruit aromas and rich plum and black cherry flavors accented by wild herb and black pepper tones. William Hill Central Coast, California Dark and intense, with flavors and aromas of dark cherry, ripe plum, and blueberry,complemented by sweet vanilla and brown spice. Jammy and rich. Cameron Hughes, Lot 83, Sonoma County Exhibits forward, focused aromas of ripe black currants and blackberries. Black fruit dominates augmented by blueberry, cocoa, and subtle French oak.. Classic Sonoma County Cabernet style. Wine Adventures White Wines Dr. L Riesling Mosel, Germany Lemon tart and cantaloupe, pretty white flowers, and slate y. Pretty serious on the palate as well flavorful, lemony and slightly efferscent a joy to drink. Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc/Viognier, California If you like aromatic, mouthfilling whites, then we have a wine for you. Aromas of red grapefruit, pear, lychee and melon flirt with spicy white floral scents. In the mouth, the wine has ample tropical fruit, good acidity and an off dry finish. Red Wines Folie a Deux Menage a Trois Red Blend, California Three grapes make the blend. Zinfandel adds a juicy character, Merlot mellows and Cabernet adds backbone. Forward, spicy and soft Bleasdale Langhorne Crossing Red Blend, Australia This mouth filling blend of Shiraz, Cabernet and Malbec is a hugely internationally styled and concentrated red and black berry compote with sweet violets, loads of cherry jam, chewy cranberry fruit, minerals and soft vanilla from oak. RiverAerie Spring Creek Redd, Washington State A delicious blend of Cab, Syrah, Petit Syrah and Mourvedre. Raspberry and a touch of sage Four Vines Old Vine Zinfandel, California Full of berry and licorice aromas that carry over to the palate with hints of plum and sweet

4 vanilla. Smoke and oak spice punctuate the finish, framed by velvety tannins. Thomas Henry Meritage, Sonoma California Cabernet Franc. Full bodied and rich with hints of vanilla, spice, blackberries and currants. Local Wine Company Snafu Red, Napa/Sonoma, California A blend of Petite Sirah, Cabernet, Merlot, Zinfandel, Syrah, and Petit Verdot. Dense, dark fruit, each grape showing off the best of what it does. Unique and bold, raspberry, blueberry galore with dusty tannins that extend a long harmonious finish. Clayhouse Estate Adobe Red, Paso Robles, California A proprietary blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, petite Sirah and Malbec with ripe flavors of cherry, plum and vanilla bean, with rich spicy blueberry and cherry notes. The tannins are supple. Colle Maggio Montepulciano d Abruzzo, Italy 100% Montepulciano d'abruzzo Bouquet of chocolate and cocoa with a smooth rich taste. Apothic Winemakers Red Blend, California A blend of Syrah, Zinfandel, and Merlot showing intense fruit aromas and flavors of blackberry and dark cherry layered with hints of mocha, chocolate and brown spice. The plush, velvety mouthfeel and smooth finish round out this intriguing, full bodied red blend. Fire Station Red Blend, Central Coast, California The nose shows cherry, raspberry and vanilla. This is followed up on the palate by ripe fruit flavors primarily cherry and blackberry, with hints of mocha and dried herbs. Soft tannins. Covilla II Reserva, Rioja, Spain 100% Tempranillo. Toasted oak, herbs and leather. deep and rich on the palate, with vanilla, creamy, red berry fruit. Cellar Selections Bottle Catena Chardonnay, Mendoza, Argentina It offers a sophisticated bouquet with a touch of oak, mineral, poached pear and tropical notes. This is followed by a smooth textured wine with spicy, savory white fruits, bright acidity, excellent concentration and a fruit filled finish. 90 Points, Robert Parker Beringer Private Reserve Chardonnay 2007, Napa, California Always one of California's top Chardonnays, the 2007 Private Reserve has toned down the toasty oak component, exhibiting excellent nutty, honeyed, buttery notes of orange marmalade, brioche, and spice. Full bodied, rich, and pure like a premier cru from Meursault. Chateau St. Jean Robert Young Vineyard Chardonnay 2006, Napa, California Perfumed and floral; flavors and aromas of tangerine, nectarine and vibrant Bartlett pear give this full bodied wine, a long, clean finish that picks up a nice vanilla and, lemon cream and honeysuckle notes. Bright acidity and lingering notes of roasted almonds and vanilla cream on the finish. Beringer Sbragia Limited Release Chardonnay 2006, Napa, California

5 A rich, complex style that veers to opulent without being excessive, offering layers of ripe fig, honeydew melon, hazelnut spicy nutmeg notes, brioche, and honeysuckle as well as abundant glycerin and length. Deeply concentrated. Good acidity provides balance and overall zest. Witness Tree Viognier, Willamette Valley Oregon Captivating aromas of white flower perfume and ripe stone fruit and honeydew melon. The wine expands on your palate, offering lengthy round fruit on the finish. Fog Alley Cabernet Sauvignon, 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Bright fruit flavors of blackberries and blueberries are supported by firm, ripe tannins. Hints of anise and cedar support a long, lush finish. Fog Alley Maritime Red Blend 2005 Central Coast California A proprietary blend of all the Bordeaux varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petite Verdot creating ripe, bright fruit flavors of fresh plums, bright cherries and a hint of tobacco. Delicious. Adobe Road Wine Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2005, Sonoma County Awarded "Best Cabernet Sauvignon" and the "Double Gold Medal" in the 2008 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. "Intense and focused, with a rich, concentrated core of currant, mocha, wild berry and black cherry fruit that's supple, layered and full bodied, offering ripe, integrated tannins. Drink now through 2016." 93 points Wine Spectator. Martin Ray Cabernet Sauvignon Mountain fruit, aged for 24 months in French oak. Ripe plum and lush vanilla overtones back up exotic spice and black currant fruit. Bright and robust with superb balance and structure. Full of plum and cherry flavors layered with vanilla oak that extend into an elegant finish. Bourassa Symphony , Napa County A blend of three distinct growing regions, Tulocay, Oak Knoll and Yountville. Dense ruby in color, rich raspberry and hints of chocolate and blackberry fruit flavors fill the palette with smoky toasted oak in the background. There is a smooth vanilla sweetness to round out the finish. Bennett Lane Turn 4, Napa County This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, & Malbec opens with intense aromas of black fruit, bright cherry, & minerals. Background notes of cedar, sage, cocoa, plums and violets add complexity with a hint of vanilla. C. G. di Arie Winery, Zinfandel Sierra Foothills, California One of Amador County's top Zinfandels; ripe and almost jammy on the palate; Layers of flavors from fresh blackberry to wild strawberry. The finish is long and lasting with dark fruit, dark chocolate & black pepper.
