The result is an attractive, slightly honeyed barrel matured white wine full of character and subtle vanilla flavours. Medina Vermentino-Zibibbo DOK Vermentino/Zibibbo - A delightfully fruit-packed, dry and aromatic white wine with a delicate floral bouquet made from a skilful combination of two Malta grown grape varieties, Vermentino and Zibibbo. A pleasant intense aroma with a trace of white fruit and light spices. Germany Liebfraumilch Rheinblau' Romerhof Weinkellerei, Rheinhessen Riesling - Very light yellow in colour. Expressing aromas of pineapple and peach. On the palate, it is a semi dry white wine with luscious ripe fruity aromas. South Africa Chenin Blanc Eagle's Cliff, Breede River Valley Chenin Blanc - Fresh floral and tropical fruit flavours that linger well on the palate creating an easy drinking and refreshing wine. Chile Sauvignon Blanc Santa Helena, Central Valley Sauvignon Blanc - Pale yellow with green tones. Expressing fairly intense tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and mango. On the palate the wine is fresh, well balanced acidity followed with a vivid and pleasant finish. Chardonnay Santa Helena, Central Valley Chardonnay - Pale gold in colour. With aromas of fresh fruits specifically (bananas). On the palate the wine is very rip with a good acidity and a fresh pleasant finish. Sauvignon Blanc 'Reserva Especial' Cono Sur, Casablanca Valley Sauvignon Blanc - This Sauvignon Blanc is a pale yellow with green hues. The nose displays fresh aromas of grapefruit and white flowers with herbal hints. This delicate wine is crispy and balanced on the palate with a pleasant minerality.

Half Full Italy Chianti Castaldo DOCG Carpineto, Tuscany Sangiovese/Canaiolo - This shows the typical savoury dryness of Chianti well with red cherry, plum, dried herb and spice characters. The medium-bodied palate is vibrant and elegantly fruited with a subtly drying finish Chianti Classico DOCG Carpineto, Tuscany Sangiovese/Canaiolo - Ruby red in colour with garnet reflections of aging. On the nose intense hints of violets, berries and cherries are evident. The palate is characterized with a velvety, well-rounded, full bodied flavour. Valpolicella Classico 'Superiore' DOC Zenato, Veneto Corvina/Rondinella/Sangiovese - Ruby red in colour, this Valpolicella Superior offers fleshy aromas of wild berries, currant, black cherry and spice with hints of chocolate.
