3 World Land Trust We are proud to announce that the Bulles Blanc Rouge Team are official sponsors of World Land Trust (WLT). We are pleased to support this organisation by donating wine for WLT events and auctions to raise funds for the Trust s vital work in saving endangered habitats. World Land Trust (WLT) is an international conservation charity, which protects the world s most biologically important and threatened habitats acre by acre. Since its foundation in 1989, WLT has funded partner organisations around the world to create reserves, and give permanent protection to habitats and wildlife. Our aim is to raise awareness, in the UK, of the need for conservation, to improve understanding and generate support through fundraising at WLT events. Most recently Bulles Blanc Rouge sponsored a WLT event on 23 March was raised from the auction of Bulles Blanc Rouge wines and these funds have been directed to WLT s Borneo Appeal working with local partner Hutan to save and protect land for the Bornean orang-utan and other critically threatened species. 5 Italy (Veneto) 0 1 Winery History Le Contesse is one of the most important wineries in the Veneto region for Prosecco wine, was founded in the early Seventies and specializes in the production of highly esteemed sparkling wines and Doc wines, it is located at the beautiful foothills of Conegliano & Valdobbiadene. Nothing lacks in this winery, the most up-to-date technology, experienced oenologist and modern apparatus are all factors that make it possible to aim at success. Sparkling Prosecco DOC Treviso Spumante extra dry (11% ABV) Varietal: Glera 100% : Fruity with a touch of golden apple, Williams pear and of citrus note. Floral notes of acacia blossoms and wisteria. 6 Italy (Veneto) LE TOBELE Estate and winery is owned by the family Degani and have had their roots in wine-making and vineyards in the Valpolicella area for over five generations. The Estate and winery is taken managed by Aldo, Zeno & Riccardo Degani. The family run winery has a perfect harmony between technology, passion and love for wine giving a result of high quality wines. Red Valpolicella DOC 2015 (13% ABV) Varietal: Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella: Deep ruby red wine with fruity aromas..dry, good persistence &intensity, velvet-smooth with harmonious tannins balance the acidity (6 75cl) Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore 2014 (14% ABV) Varietal: Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella:The particular process of review & the aging in oak barrels reinforce the structure, give the wine a ruby red color, while maintaining freshness. (6 75cl) Amarone Della Valpolicella DOC 2012 (15% ABV) Varietal:Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella The wine is intense, with aromas of spicy plum, cherry & a hint of raspberry. On the month, it is velvety, full bodied with a slight aromatic lingering aftertaste. (6 75cl)

7 Italy (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) Since 1870 Braidot family has dedicated itself with perseverance and devotion to farming. Today the estate extends to cover an area of 100 hectares (247 acres); 80 of which are vineyards and 20 are fitted for sowing, wood and vegetable produce. From a careful selection of our grapes, the wines grow with unique fragrances, which are typical of the Friuli lands; plain and raffinate wines and elegant ones at the same time with respect for traditions. White Pinot Grigio IGT Venezia Giulia 2016 (13% ABV) The nose reveals notes of banana with a nice aftertaste. It is full-bodied, & persistent in the mouth. (6 75cl) Sauvignon Blanc IGT Venezia Giulia 2015 (12% ABV) The nose reveals notes of grapefruit with slight fragrance of elderberry & green pepper. Fresh & very savoury Rosé Pinot Grigio Blush IGT Venezia Giulia Intense pink colour with coppery glints. It is full-bodied with a long persistence in the mouth. (6 75cl) Red Merlot IGT Venezia Giulia 2015 (12.5% ABV) The nose reveals notes of red fruits and a slight spiciness. The mouth is full-bodied & structured (6 75cl) Pinot Nero IGT delle venezie 2015 (12.5% ABV) The nose reveal aromas of red fruits (cherry & strawberry.) It has nice spiciness & is elegant in the mouth.

Today Marco and Micaela carry on the family tradition of selecting grapes and producing wines in Barolo, Nizza Monferrato, Gavi and the Roero area. White Gavi D.O.C.G. del Comune di Gavi 2016 (12.5% ABV) Varietal: Cortese: it is pleasantly fresh, with scents of citrus fruits, white flowers and fruit. On the palate it is delicate, dry, with a very good balance between acidity and minerality. It has a very good structure& a good persistence with a fine bitter almond aftertaste. (6 75cl) Red Barbera d'asti Superiore D.O.C.G 2015 (14% ABV) Varietal: Barbera : It has a winy bouquet, with scents of red fruits like cherries and marasca cherry, and a very delicate vanilla note. On the palate it is dry, full-bodied, structured, with the acidity typical of this variety. It s persistent and the tannins are well balanced. (6 75cl) Barolo DOCG 2011 (14.5% ABV) Varietal: Nebbiolo of the Michet variety: Barolo enchants for its elegance and pleasantness, with spiced and velvety aromas which are really captivating for the nose and palate and that leave a long gustatory persistence. 9 Italy (Sicily) 0 2 The Antonini Ceresa winery is situated in Crocetta del Montello, at the crossroads of two important DOCG wine and sparkling wine areas nestled in the Province of Treviso, in eastern Veneto. It was here, over half a century ago, that a historic winemaking family established one of the largest wineries, significantly contributing to the immense success of the Prosecco wine around the world. Moreover, not only did the winery decide to produce the very best local wines, presenting classic Veneto wines as well, but it also selected and bottled wines from the various regions of Italy, and those near the Mediterranean in particular, to offer its clients a more complete selection. It does this using the most modern winemaking and bottling technologies, with the support of oenologists, winery technicians and avant-garde equipment. 10 France (South Burgundy ) Oedoria is a young and dynamic cellar created by an eclectic bunch of wine-makers of the Beaujolais who decided to combine their competences and savoir-faire. Situated in the South of Beaujolais, the vineyard benefits of: le pays des pierres dorées terroir (the country of the gold rock). Sparkling Fine S Rosé effervescent NV (7.5% ABV) On the palate it develops aromas of berries & reveals a wonderful balance between fruit, acidity and sugar. Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs NV (12% ABV) It extremely fine bubbles & fresh aromatic quality on the nose with lemony notes will awaken your taste buds. White Bourgogne Blanc, Atout Cœur 2015 (12.5% ABV) This white Burgundy combines freshness, finesse, roundness and amplitude. True delicacy. Beaujolais Blanc Réserve Particulière 2013/15 (13% ABV) This white Beaujolais is fermented in oak barrels, bringing a delicate roundness, hints of vanilla. Rosé Beaujolais Instant Bon oeur Rosé 2015 (13% ABV) Intense nose & mouth of crisp fruits, with exotic notes, becoming allied within a pleasant freshness.
