The palate initially shows some mouthwatering sweetness but finishes with crisp acid 9/42 Pfeiffer Riesling - pale straw in colour, with intense lime citrus characters, the palate is focused and tight with lemon-lime fruit, some minerality and a fine acid backbone 7.5/30 Chrismont Riesling - lemon, lime and honeysuckle nose with a lime and floral palate and a refreshing finish 7.5/30 Gapsted Ballerina Canopy Sauvignon Blanc - intense zesty passionfruit and lime aromas leading to a smooth yet lively palate, brimming with tropical fruit flavours. This wine shows spicy cherry fruit with firm grape tannins on the palate giving an elegant, dry finish 14/52
