2 SAUVIGNON BLANC Stellar Organic R 145 Light bright colour, with a limey tinge. Nose surprises with green figs, nectarine peach and undertones of topical fruit. Durbanville Hills R 150 Delightful combination of ripe green fig, starfruit, citrus, green apple, winter melon, grass and minerality. Pecan Stream R 165 Pure fresh fruit aromas such as granadilla and apple with hints of gooseberry. Palate is flavourful and textured. Diemersdal Classically styled Sauvignon Blanc presents a brilliant lemon-lime colour. A complex nose of tropical fruit, ripe figs and gooseberries. Tokara R 195 This wine displays a vibrant deep straw colour with flecks of green. The aromas on the nose are a melange ripe tropical fruits such as guava, papaya and passion fruit. Thelema R 210 Unwooded and well-balanced, with fresh melon and grapefruit flavours and a full grassy palate. Iona R 210 Fragrance of pure white grapefruit, intense tropical fruit, ripe gooseberry and fleshy kiwi over-lay distinctive herbal and floral undertones. Buitenverwachting R 255 A pale lemon yellow colour and a bouquet reminiscent of green figs with hints of gooseberries and an intrusion of green peppers. Dry, full bodied with a long lingering finish. Waterford R 275 A steely style Sauvignon Blanc with granadilla, white pear and soft floral notes. Underlying chalk and slate notes. Amy R 290 This wine s nose is alive with passion fruit and perfectly ripe pineapple. The palate is brightened by the appealing tanginess of zesty citrus and hints of green figs. R180 CHENIN BLANC Boschendal R 150 A fruity, well-balanced, full bodied wine, distinguishable by its exotic mango, apricot and pineapple aromas on the nose. Rickety Bridge R 160 Refreshing tropical fruit notes with an abundance of pear and subtle notes of honey, melon and apricot. Kleine Zalze Vineyard Selection R 220 On the nose, there are concentrated aromas of peach, lime and litchi fruit with hints of sweet melon and well balanced French oak wood flavours. Ken Forrester Reserve R 250 Golden hued and full bodied, with melon and spicy baked apple aromas. Layered with mineral notes enhanced by honeycomb and caramel flavours from lees contact. CHARDONNAY Stellar Organic R 145 The nose has a creamy vanilla, apple character. Good acid on entry with citrus and banana bread following through on the palate. Kleine Zalze Cellar Select R 165 A really vibrant and lively wine bursting with aromas of green melon and Bartlett pear. These flavours follow onto an elegant palate with some peach and oyster shell minerality. Durbanville Hills R 155 An elegant and zesty wine with aromas of citrus and butterscotch, hints of orange blossom and fresh apple. Diemersdal Unwooded R 180 A fashionable wine balances concentrated spicy aromas with fresh fruit flavours. The nose is elegant with richness of fruit enhanced by apple and sweet melon aromas. 3 CHARDONNAY (continued) Boschendal R 230 A pale gold, bright and lively with outspoken attractive aromas and centres on pure lime and yellow fruit. Glen Carlou Unwooded R 250 A light straw gold in colour with aromas of pear, green apples and quince. Stone fruits and pineapple are highlighted on the palate. Thelema R 280 Aromas of ripe peach, grapefruit marmalade, blossoms and complex yeasty flavours compliment the toasty oak in the wine. CABERNET SAUVIGNON Porcupine Ridge R 165 The nose offers blackberry, youngberry and bramble aromas with subtle notes of cedar oak and pencil shavings with a hint of perfume. Stellar Organic R 175 This Cabernet Sauvignon has a very dark red hue. The nose has black olive, forest floor and dark plum. Nice entry with fruit cake and smooth tannins. Durbanville Hills R 185 A full-bodied wine with concentrated dark berry fruit, sweet spice, velvety tannins and exceptional wood structure. WHITE BLENDS Boschendal Boschen Blanc R 140 Lively golden with a youthful green glow on appearance, before a flourish of gorgeous peachy, pineapple, pear and Cape gooseberry aromas tinged with honeysuckle. Creation Whale White R 210 Star bright in the glass with a subtle green hue. The compelling nose charms with a kaleidoscope of aromas of guava, passion fruit and Cape gooseberry. Warwick First Lady R 230 Dark chocolate, bramble berries, star anise, cracked cloves, black pepper and notes of fresh thyme. Haute Cabriere Chardonnay / Pinot Noir R 250 This enticing blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir shows elegant fruit underlined by firm acidity. You will find an abundance of zesty fruit with full mouth feel and balance. Backsberg R 255 Spicy aromas of liquorice and vanilla overlay rich blackcurrant fruit. Careful oaking provides the necessary structure for the rip, full, fruit-driven midpalate. ROSE D Aria Blush R 145 A blend of fresh crisp Sauvignon Blanc flavours combining with Merlot red berry fruits. Made in a just off-dry style, the wine appears dry and promises broad appeal. 4 MERLOT Flagstone Poetry R 155 This warm, rich ruby red wine shows great complexity on the nose. There is a mixture of dark red fruit and cigar box with mint aromas. RED BLENDS Pecan Stream Pebble Hill R 190 A unique blend in its class with the use of Italian and Spanish varietals. Fruity aromatics of cherries and plums accompanied by leather spice and cloves. Durbanville Hills R 190 A full-bodied, mouth-filling wine with concentrated raspberry, cigar box, cinnamon and mint chocolate aromas and well intergrated wood. Rickety Bridge Foundation Stone R 250 A blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, Tannat, Cinsaut and Viognier. Masses of juicy red berry fruit, mulberry and hints of spice. Flagship 8th wonder R 510 This rich and voluptouous pinotage is alive with delicious sweet cherry and concentrated black fruit flavours. Hints of fragrant vanilla and muted oaky tones. Amy R 295 This merlot has a vibrant crimson red colour appearing almost youthful.an abundance of mulberries, fleshy plum and chocolate naunces on the nose set the scene. PINOT NOIR Creation R 290 SHIRAZ Laborie R 165 Upfront plum aromas with hints of black pepper and dark chocolate. A velvety tannin structure with generous length. Guardian Peak R 230 Deep ruby red, delicate pomegranate notes are supported with hints of Christmas cake and mocha. Tokara R 270 A deep ruby colour, gleaming and inviting in the glass. The intensely fragrant bouquet shows a melange of red berry aromas, elegant vanilla and a whiff of wood spice. Iona R 430 Succulent black cherry aroma, bright but delicate and hints of forest floor with underlying floral and spicy notes. Newton Johnson Walker Bay A dazzling exhibition of red fruits and floral perfumes. The ripe vintage has luscious cherry and raspberry centre stage intertwined with spicy fresh glamour. 5 SUSTAINABLE WINE The wines below are organic, fair trade wines and are also vegan friendly. CHENIN / SAUVIGNON BLANC Dig This! R 155 This light, pale wine explodes with guava, stone fruit and sherbet. A great fruity entry of guava finishes with quince and nectarine freshness. SHIRAZ / CABARNET SAUVIGNON Dig This! R 165 This blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon has a typical Shiraz nose of smoky notes combined with red fruit. A spicy palate with a hint of herbs giving way to dark fruit flavours makes this a great food wine. When a bottle of Dig This! is sold, a portion of the price goes to two benefit organisations. The Stellar Foundation facilitates upliftment projects such as an ongoing holiday feeding scheme and establishing sports and education hubs.
