Light in style and with an alcohol content of just 11%, Tavernello wines are the ideal everyday drinking wine. A delicious blend of two white grape varieties that are synonymous with Italy the fresh and fruity Trebbiano and the crisp and refreshing Pinot Bianco. 6 Technical Notes CABERNET SAUVIGNON A range based on France s finest grape varieties, light, fruity and easy to drink TERROIR We take great care in choosing our vineyard parcels from amongst the best terroirs in France, with favourable winds and long hours of sunshine. The wide variety of soils and climate types combine to produce beautifully-balanced, high-quality, elegant wines. VINIFICATION The fermentation process is a perfect blend of old and new: traditional methods are combined with modern techniques of thermo-vinification, flash-detente and other gentle methods of extraction. The grapes are picked at peak of ripeness then vinified in a constant temperature-controlled environment, yielding a highly aromatic, flavoursome wine. A WORD FROM THE WINEMAKER The variety of terroirs, the careful selection of vineyard parcels and the highly specialised process of fermentation are the main factors for the success of this delightful, elegant wine. TASTING NOTES Appearance: Deep and intense, with purplish-blue highlights. Nose: Sun-ripened red and black berry fruits. Palate: Fruity, supple and well-rounded, with a lovely mellow edge. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures then coaxes out a secondary range of flavours; the resulting wines are fresh and delightful. A WORD FROM THE WINEMAKER Our intention is to highlight this grape s best attributes, combining a fresh, vibrant style with floral, fruity flavours. The wine is elegant and well-balanced. TASTING NOTES Appearance: Pale yellow. Nose: An elegant bouquet with floral notes of lime-blossom and jasmine together with citrus flavours (grapefruit and lemon).
