2 OVERVIEW OF WINE EXPORTS HIGHLIGHTS Exports as a percentage of wine production decreased from 48.5% in 2010 to 43.2% in Packaged exports in 2011 represented 50.7% of natural wine exports compared to 60.0% in 2010 and 61.3% in Packaged natural wine exports for the period 2007 to 2011 has showed a significant decline of 6.7%. For the first time more bulk white wine than packaged white wine was exported during the 2011 period under review.
