1 Domaine Bordenave Coustarret Owners since Nestled in the steep hills of LASSEUBE at 380 m in front of the Pyrenees.Three different vines come from the vineyard: a dry and two mild Jurançon.Throught process of the domaine: respect more and more the terroir,to give tipicity but especially and too our environment. * Jurançon : Nose delicate with aroms of fresh fruit,the mouth is sweet and quench,aroms of litchi,ripe fruit,and in final return of freshness with aroms of pineapple. * Jurançon "Cuvée Barou" : To nose delicate and elegant with aroms of candied fruit, and aroms toasted. The mouth is equilibrate between liqueur and nervosness. * Jurançon "Cuvée Renaissance" : Nose delicate and expressive with aroms of ripe fruit,minéral and hazelnut. In the mouth the attack is beautiful and bold type,extent. In final,the acidity give freshnesssweet and quench,aroms of litchi,ripe fruit. 2 Domaine Damien Lorieux The estate is situated the heart of the Bourgueil appellation and has been in our family for 3 generations. Damien Lorieux work a vineyard of ha. The vines grow in 2 different types of soil, gravel terraces and chalky clay. Exclusively Cabernet Franc. Bourgueil * Bourgueil "Cuvée Tuffeaux" : Full bodied wine with good ageing potential, deserving 1 to 2 years before starting tasting. * Bourgueil "Cuvée Graviers" : Fruity and light wine. 3 Domaine Du Rin Du Bois 20 ha in size, situated on the south part of Blois in Loir et Cher, near the famous Loire Chateaux. The Domain was born in 1969 after a replant of the vines. The wines, which in general are ruled by lightness, finesse and aromatic richness. In reasoned culture, with gentle climate, soil composition and especially on savoir-faire, which is in constant evolution, used during the wine process. Domaine du Rin Du Bois * Touraine Sauvignon : Sureau and blackcurrant buds aromas. Nice balance in mouth with a citrusy finish, that lasts after tasting. * Touraine Rosé: Salmon colour. Light wine, and remarkably fruity. * Touraine Gamay: Bright red colour. Rich in wine aromas. Very fruity and easy to drink. * Touraine Les Charmilles: Powerful and harmonious wine. Long and complex aromas. * Touraine Authentica: Full-bodied wine with liquored cherry flavours. * Touraine Rouge Noble Terre : Very strong grape savour, with fine flavours: Floral and fruity. * Touraine Cuvée Antoine: Rich in aromas, very fruity, with a supple and full-bodied structure. * Touraine Les Boisettes: Fruit, structure and character (cot), tannins, long and complex aromas (cabernet franc), fresh (gamay). * Touraine Cuvée A l'ancienne : Richly fruity nice firm but fine tannins present. 5 Mas de Bagnols 6 hectare (15 acre) family run estate in the village of Vinezac in the south of France. Reasoned growing: control of output, cover planting, rigorous pruning Rocky hillside vineyards. Noble grape varieties: syrah, grenache, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay. * Cotes du Vivarais Rouge Cuvée Pauline : red berries, vanilla, sweet spices, slightly woody. * Cotes du Vivarais Rosé : very fruity (cherry, raspberry, strawberry) underscored by notes of anise. 6 Domaine De La Graveirette The Domain de la Graveirette is in Sarrians, between Orange and Carpentras, in Provence. It produces wines under the appellation Chateauneuf du Pape and Cotes du Rhone, but also good quality vins de Pays.The vinification of the parcels began in 2005, with 10 ha of production. The horizon is composed of Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail to the east, and the sloapes of Chateauneuf du Pape to the west. * Côtes du Rhône Rosé : Fresh in the mouth with agruma aromas and candy fruits. Long and refreshing persistence. * Côtes du Rhône Rouge : Dark cherry robe. Copious fruit. Nice concentration - blueberry, redcurrent, fleshy and suave tannins heading toward toasty finish. * Chateauneuf Du Pape Rouge : Robe pourpre ; nez de fruits noirs, épicé avec une légère note grillée ; bouche bien structurée et concentrée. * VDP de la p. d'orange rouge : Cherry robe. Wine of pleasure with fresh red fruits, blueberries, redcurrant and soft tannins. The finish reveals more grilled aromas. * VDP de la p. d'orange Merlot : Nose intense and powerful,. Concentrated and fleshy tannins reveal an impression of sweetness which lingers with spicy notes, more toffee. * VDP de la p. d'orange Rosé : Intense pink robe. Fruity nose, cherry and strawberry. Ample mouth and well balanced with a nice finish. * VDP de Vaucluse Blanc Well balanced, white fruits notes, a final freshness giving a pleasant sensation. * VDP de Vaucluse Rouge : Purple robe.
