Weltevrede Entheos R Good maturity with a balanced dosage. A very fruity and lively Champagne with dried fruit flavours and a hint of apricot. Moët Non-vintage R Elegant hints of green apple mingle with subtle toasty, yeasty aromas, balanced by a fine delicate mousse to make this Champagne one of the world s most popular. Chenin Blanc Simonsig R This versatile variety appeals with a bright straw colour and a distinctive presence of passion fruit, watermelon and guava. Sauvignon Blanc Waterford Pecan Stream R Clear & bright, excellent colour for Sauvignon Blanc. Juicy quince & gooseberry aromas. Steely minerality up front giving way to a creamy, yeasty mouthfeel. Foothills R An elegant wine which reflects its cooler growing conditions. Abounds with summer fruits, guava, passionfruit, perked up by an apply freshness, touch of minerality. Thelema R This wine exhibits juicy melon and grapefruit flavours, backed up with fine minerality. Ataraxia R A classic styling from this cool climate producer. Beautiful handling and minerality with Granny Smith Apple and Citrus on the palate.

3 Chardonnay Dieu Donne (Unwooded) R This Chardonnay was kept on its lees for six months, making it soft and rounded, with more complexity and creaminess. Delicate lemony undertones on the palate. Thelema Sutherland (Wooded) R Aromas of oatmeal, lemon and acacia is completed by a rounded palate and is refreshed by a mineral thread. Blended Whites Kaapzicht Kaleidoscope White R A stunning harmonious blend lead by Sauvignon blanc fruit and long juicy finish. Foothills Partners R Has top notes of exotic fruits, melon and mango provided by the Semillon and Viognier components, yet retains a core of freshness from the Sauvignon which persists to an extended finish. Longridge The Emily Chardonnay / Pinot noir R A fresh wine with a lovely hue, bursting with aromas of ripe guava, pineapple, kiwi, green apple and a hint of strawberry, ending with a well-balanced acidity and a lingering finish. Rosé Dieu Donne (Semi sweet) R Beautiful strawberry cheesecake and rose petals ending in an enticing dry fruit filled finish. Foothills Rosé (Dry) R The pale pink colour belies the concentration of perfumes and flavours from the Shiraz, a floral, aromatic note from Viognier, with hints of white peach, while the Semillon supplies freshness.

4 Merlot La Capra R Exotic aromatics, with a fresh cherries and currants. Sweet fruit on the palate, with softer tannins and gentle oak influence. Hartenberg R Ripe and fruity aromas with hints of coffee and Christmas pudding finished elegantly. Meerlust R From this iconic estate comes a densely fruity and finely textured example of this cultivar, it delivers weight, length and finesse. Cabernet Sauvignon Painted Wolf The Den R A delight for the palate with red fruit and soft gentle taste and a long finish. Kaapzicht R Welcoming red fruit in perfect balance with oak offers a masterful length of taste and finish. Thelema R An Iconic Cabernet sauvignon with hints of fruit and spice are cushioned by a plush centre and soft tannins.

5 Shiraz Foothills R Shows ripe plums and brambleberries, with vanilla and spice tones from the oak, while subtle hints of white pepper and dried herbs add to its savouriness. Hartenberg R As generous, as it is harmonious. A masterful example of fruit in balance of black pepper spice. Pinotage Beyerskloof R Tells Pinotage like it is, a juicy quaffable example with easy fruit and light oak. Rijks Touch of Oak R A show stopping perfumed example with a true sense of elegance and finesse. Diemersfontein R A bench mark Pinotage characterised by soft tannins and strong aromas of freshly ground coffee. Pinot Noir Newton Johnson Felicité R This wine charms with pure scented Pinot Noir fruit showing sweet cherries and a hint of spice. The deliciously ripe palate is softened with a silky texture.

6 Red Blends Waterford Pebble Hill R Shiraz and Pinotage-lead blend delights with blackberries, spices and pepper, and a full-bodied finish thanks to friendly tannins. Kanonkop Kadette R A satisfying blend of Pinotage, Cabernet sauvignon and Merlot that entices with ripe berries, sweet succulence and spicy tannins. Ataraxia Serenity R A seriously beautiful Bordeaux blend with loads of dark berry, perfume and good length.
