2 Our Company As a wine distributor we are specialised in the import, storage and export of wine. Our main activity (distribution and sales of wine) is situated on our local market, Belgium. We are mainly active in the distribution of Belgian wine products but we do import French quality wines as well. We guarantee a fine selection of wines, which are inspected from the vintage, throughout the production process, till they reach your glass. A light style of wine, made with aromas of green apple. To be consumed within 4 years. Enjoy with fish, chicken and white poultry. NOBELWIT 2005 Description: A natural light, semi sweet white wine with typical floral and dried fruit character. Varietals / Blend: Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Auxerrois, Optima, Siegerrebe Cellar master comments: An easy appetiser and also an ideal party drink and sun downer. The sugar-acid balance is easy on the palate with lots of flavours. To be consumed within 5 years. ADELBLANK 2005 Description: A superior natural semi sweet-white wine. Mainly from the Noble Auxerrois and Gewürztraminer variety with typical refreshing and tropical flowers. Varietals / Blend: Auxerrois, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Siegerrebe Cellar master comments A well defined stylish, semi-sweet wine with an optimal sugar-acid balance. The Gewürztraminer has an appealing floral bouquet and tropical fruit flavours which complements the typical lingering grassiness of this cultivar. To be consumed within 4 years as dessert wine, enjoy with spicy food or simply on his own.

4 EDELROOD 2005 Description: A medium-bodied red wine matured in new French oak for 3 months. Varietals / Blend: Dornfelder-Dunkelfelder (90%), Pinot Noir (Frühburgunder) (10%) Cellar master comments A medium bodied wine with intense red colour and aromas of ripe berries. Well balanced with soft oak, light vanilla and with a long finish. Enjoy with pasta, poultry, game and cheese CHAPITTEL Description: A fruity dry sparkling wine - 9 months bottle fermentation basic wine Witte Kapittel - Bubbles of Belgium - Varietals / Blend: Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Optima, Siegerrebe Cellar master comments A well defined stylish dry white Sparkler with forceful bubbles and good earthy flavours. Ideal for an aperitif. A must on a dignified festivity or reception. So familiar and close to the typical French Champaign taste. To be consumed within 2 years. 5 Wijnkasteel Genoels-Elderen An overview of all wines of the Wijnkasteel Winery CHARDONNAY WHITE Description: light dry white wine, young vineyards, fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Varietals / Blend: Chardonnay (100%) Cellar master comments: Refreshing and flowerily, for receptions or a terrace drink. CHARDONNAY BLUE Description: full-bodied white wine, older vines, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels. Varietals / Blend: Chardonnay (100%) Cellar master comments: Fruity and aromatic taste. Ideal for an aperitif or by light meals such as asparagus and oysters. CHARDONNAY GOLD Description: heavy, fatty white wine, best origins, only first pressing, fully fermented and aged in French oak barrels. Varietals / Blend: Chardonnay (100%) Cellar master comments: Powerful and intense with a pleasant wooden taste, to accompagny meals such as fish, shellfish, grilled lobster, poultry and pasta with cream sauces.

6 PINOT NOIR RED Description: Red wine Varietals / Blend: Pinot Noir (100%) Cellar master comments: Aromas of fine red fruits, such as strawberries, red and black cherries and a touch of forest strawberries. A fine velvet like start; in the mouth much red fruit with delicate acids and enjoyable tannins as a finish. A subtle, elegant red wine. A wonderful complement with small game such as partridge, pheasant, quail with grapes, guinea-fowl with figs or rabbit with prunes. BLACK PEARL BRUT Medal Concours Mondial Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay). This sparkling wine is fully matured in stainless steel tanks, following the traditional method. Very refreshing, fruity and balanced with a long after-taste. Limited production Yield <50hl/ha Serve: 10 C The Wijnkasteel Domain With extreme vigilance and much labour we take care of 16 hectares of pure and healthy vineyards, without the use of pesticides and artificial manure. At the right time, with an optimum maturity, the harvest is don manually whereby the possible unripe or rotten grapes are removed. The maturing sur lies and bâtonnage for 12 months enriches the wine with aromas of his own terrain, fattiness and earthly tastes. The wine is bottled on the property. After bottling, the wines are stored at the Castle for 12 to 48 months, in order to avoid fatigue after bottling. An optimum harmony is achieved by the fusion of the wine.

7 Domaine de la Grave Belgian proud in Bordeaux Description: Domaine de la Grave is an old French winery, founded in the year years later (in the year 1994), a small group of Belgian investors went to Bordeaux and invested in the winery which resulted in a perfect cooperation between France and Belgium. Nowadays, Domaine de la Grave is a well-known Bordeaux wine and is distributed in several countries in Europe. Domaine de Coussergues Vin de Pays d Oc Description: Domaine de Coussergues is one of the Biggest wineries in France with a surface of 1000 hectares! This year, the 16 th generation is working since the start in 1495! With a production of more than 2 millions of bottles a year, Domaine de Coussergues is one of the most important players on the market of Languedoc wines in France. The large offer of more then 10 different grapes (Merlot, Viognier, Chardonnay, Cabernet sauvignon, sauvignon...) is unique! Quinta do Bucheiro Douro Description: Quinta do Bucheiro, located in the heart of the Douro region, is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Quinta do Bucheiro has been in the same family for over 250 years and is still independent. The grape varieties are all A - classified! They produce one of the greatest ports in Portugal.
