Working in conjunction with our Wine Merchant we have compiled a comprehensive list that not only offers great quality, value & diversity, but also compatibility with our fare. It is our policy not to show the vintages of each wine as these are constantly changing, please feel free to ask if you wish to know a specific wine s vintage. All wines are sold subject to availability. All wines offered by the glass are available in small 125ml glasses on request. SPARKLING WINES & CHAMPAGNE 1. Canals & Nubiola Brut Cava, Spain Dry, light & beautifully fresh. 2. Prosecco Vetriano, Italy A classic Prosecco. Gently aromatic with crisp, delicate apple flavours. 3. Camel Valley Brut, Wadebridge, Cornwall Superb golden sparkler with elegant fizz & bursting with full ripe flavours yet finishing dry. 4. Camel Valley Brut Rosé, Wadebridge, Cornwall Classic English Pinot character, lovely floral & delicate strawberry fruit nose. Crisp acidity with a touch of yeast & very well balanced. 5. Beaumont des Crayères Grande Réserve Brut Classic old fashioned Champagne, yeasty & biscuity on both the nose & palate with a gentle mousse & great persistence. 6. Louis Roederer Brut Premier, France Light & lively, featuring apple, toast, ginger & light vanilla flavours. Balanced & on the dry side, with a creamy texture & a lingering butter pastry aftertaste. ROSÉ WINES BY THE GLASS & BOTTLE 7. Pinot Grigio Principato Blush, Italy Delicate & elegant, peachy floral characters. Juicy ripe berry fruit fill the palate. 8. Winston Hill Zinfandale, U.S.A An easy drinking rosé, light and fruity with red berries 9. Domaine Le Pive, France A pale rosé wine with an expressive nose which displays fruits - strawberry, blackcurrant and raspberry notes of summer

Pier 42 Chardonnay, Australia Creamy, buttery & nutty mouth-watering Chardonnay. 11. Brunner Piesporter, Michelsberg, Germany A delicate nose of citrus fruits and mineral aromas, plenty of green apple and lime flavours. 12. Pinot Grigio Principato, Italy Crisp and fresh on the palate with juicy citrus and a hint of nuttiness. 13. Petirrojo Reserva, Sauv Blanc, Chile Notes of grapefruit, white peaches, and fresh lemon grass, with a long crisp finish. 14. La Joya Gran Reserva Viognier, Chile Intense apricot and cherimoya ice cream aromas. Fresh wine with great acidity. BY THE BOTTLE 15. Solar Viejo Rioja Blanco, Spain Vibrant fruit flavours, hints of crisp citrus and soft floral notes. 16. Picpoul de Pinet, La Font, France Intense nose of white fleshed fruits, well balanced and fresh tasting on the palate. 17. Premus D.O. Rueda Verdejo, Spain Weighty and concentrated fruit with a clean zesty finish. 18. Rongopai Marlborough Sauv Blanc, N. Zealand Fruit driven with refreshing apple and melon notes, this wine has fine structure and a pleasant long finish. 19. Billi Billi Riesling, Australia Intense and aromatic. Lemongrass, verbena and kaffir lime notes. 20. Gavi Di Gavi Docg, Fontanafredda Full and delicate, with elegant bouquet of flowers and fruit. 21. Sancerre, Domaine Des Vieux Pruniers, France Exquisite, herbaceous & scented climaxing with balanced acidity. DESSERT WINES 22. Château Belingard Monbazillac, France Intense honeyed fruit with pear & peach notes, balanced by lovely refreshing acidity.
