Our farming company, Atlas Vineyard Management, created Atlas Wine Co. to pay tribute to the lands we farm and honor our devoted and talented farming team. We farm more than 2,000 acres of vineyards and provide award-winning grapes to critically acclaimed wineries, which include some of the most sought-after wines in the world. Our winemaker, Alexandre Remy, embraces a winemaking style that showcases the elegance and finesse of each vineyard and vintage. He works collaboratively with our vineyard team to understand each unique vineyard and the essence of each season. Since our wines are made in limited quantities, they are sold directly to our club members. The membership is simple: Members are guaranteed an allocation of our signature wines, which are shipped quarterly from our cellar to your front door. Our winemaker carefully selects bottles from our newest releases and limited-selection wines to be included in each shipment delivered quarterly to your doorstep. Wines are shipped in March, June, September and November. Shipments include four bottles from our signature wines and may include a selection of our double gold award-winning Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir Rose, Single Vineyard Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs from our Sonoma Coast Walala vineyards and our popular Oro Bello Chardonnay and Omen Red Blend. Award-Winning, Limited-Distribution Wines Each quarter you ll receive a selection of four award-winning wines delivered from the Atlas Wine Co. cellar to your front door. Deliveries will include tasting notes and vineyard notes, along with insider tips on wine and vineyard trends, events and food pairings created exclusively for our members. Shipping Included In addition to receiving an amazing value on award-winning wines, we keep costs down and ensure proper handling by keeping distribution in-house and shipping directly to business addresses to ensure there are no delays. Wine Gift Membership Memberships to The A Club are very popular as gifts. All gift notes are hand-written with your custom message and personally included by our team. The cost per shipment is $ (plus tax and/or state fees). All shipments to members of The A Club are discounted by 20% and include complimentary shipping and access to VIP benefits. Sunset in the Vineyards Enjoy an afternoon of vineyard-specific wine tasting and a behind-the-scenes experience while touring one of our award-winning vineyards. Learn about the different terroirs and special characteristics that geography, geology and climate create in each vineyard. Meet the vineyard and winemaking team who prune, harvest, cellar and capture the essence of each vineyard while tasting the differences between each vintage. This experience is offered exclusively to members of The A Club at one of our vineyards in Oregon, Napa-Sonoma Valley and California s Central Coast. Up to four guest passes are included. Winemaker s Blending Session Each year members of The A Club are invited to join our winemaking team and learn directly what goes into creating our wines. This is a unique experience where you will be able to get your hands dirty and learn how to craft the perfect blend. Up to four guest passes are included. Special Tasting Pop-ups Members of The A Club will receive advance notice of additional educational tastings and special events.

5 The Cybulski and Belli families created the Together We Grow give-back program to honor our vineyard farm workers and their families by providing educational opportunities while promoting a safe and healthy work environment. To support the Together We Grow program, sepia photos from the Agnitio wine bottle labels are transformed into high-quality, limited-edition prints featuring key members of the Atlas Vineyard Management team. Each print will include an in-depth worker story that highlights the achievements and challenges that have shaped each person s life, a photographer biography and the Together We Grow mission statement. These original works of art will be available for purchase at special events. A full 100% of the art sales proceeds, along with a percentage from each bottle of Agnitio wines sold, will support the Together We Grow program.
