10 Ordering Information Advance Orders To make your suite visit as effortless as possible, we ask that all food and beverage selections be placed by 2:00pm two business days prior to each event. Items that can be ordered after the specified times are denoted by *. No outside food or beverage may be brought into Palisades Credit Union Park at any time. Food & Bevereage Delivery All pre-ordered food and beverages will be delivered to your suite prior to your arrival, unless otherwise requested or noted. Upon completion of the event, all food will be removed from the suite. We do not carry to-go containers for health and safety reasons. Cancellations In the event that you must cancel your order, please notify Spectra immediately. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 100% of the food and beverage order. Payment Methods Payment for all orders can be made with cash, a company check made out to the Rockland Boulders, a credit card, or an established house charge. All suite holders are required to have a credit card on file with Spectra Food Services & Hospitality. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Our menu includes sales tax.

11 Suite Information Alcoholic Beverages At Palisades Credit Union Park we encourage the responsible consumption of fine wines, distilled spirits, and craft beers in moderation. It is the responsibility of the suite holder or his/her representative to monitor and control alcoholic beverage consumption within the suite. State ordinance prohibits alcoholic beverages from entering or leaving the facility grounds. Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages at any time. It is unlawful to serve alcohol to any intoxicated person. Please refer to your Suite Attendant for last call times. Cans and bottles may not be taken outside of your suite. Please pour beverages into the plastic cups provided. Be a team player - We all win when we remember to drink responsibly! Smoke-Free Policy Smoking is not permitted in any part of Palisades Credit Union Park. Those who wish to smoke can do so outside of the ballpark in the designated areas. First Aid The First Aid station is located on the third base side under security. Suite Maintenance Please report any damage or maintenance issues with regard to your Suite within one day after discovery to the Operations Manager. Suite holders may not make additions or alterations to their Suite without the prior written approval of the Rockland Boulders General Manager. Security Entry to the Suite Level on event days is restricted to Suite Holders and their guests. Security personnel will only allow access to the Suite Level if a valid ticket for a designated Suite is presented. Please remove all personal property from the suite when leaving the facility. Spectra Food Services & Hospitality cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced property left unattended in your suite. It is the suite holder s responsibility to secure all alcoholic beverages in the cabinets provided.
