2 Our extensive wine and cocktail list takes its inspiration from Sir Stamford Raffles, who was a gifted visionary of the British Empire in the Far East during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Sir Stamford himself knew the importance of taking time out to relax and enjoy conversation with friends and colleagues.
