5 THE OPEN CHAMPION SYRAH HOLE-IN-ONE CHARDONNAY GOLD VITIS VINIFERA, DOUBLE GOLD NWC The Open Championship Syrah is a full-bodied premium red wine, carefully matured in 225-litre French oak barrels. With a combination of oriental spices, pepper, and fruit flavours, this highly concentrated wine is both complex and rich in its aftertaste. DOUBLE GOLD VITIS VINIFERA The Jasoma Chardonnay is lightly wooded and complemented with a lemon, soft butter, and vanilla aftertaste. JASOMA CONCLUSION The Conclusion is Louis flagship wine, a perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (63%), Merlot (30%), and Cabernet Franc (7%), and carefully matured in French oak barrels for 24 months. DOUBLE EAGLE CABERNET SAUVIGNON GOLD VITIS VINIFERA AND SILVER MICHELANGELO An old-style Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is full of character with excellent ageing potential. A hint of spice is anchored by the fine grain tannins, and rounded off with a plush, intense finish.
6 PINOTAGE RESERVE SHIRAZ The Pinotage Reserve is a limited-edition wine with beautiful plum, mulberry, and red fruit flavours. Its silky tannins create a lingering finish. This wine has excellent ageing potential. R10 of each bottle sold will be donated to the Louis57 Charity. DOUBLE GOLD VITIS VINIFERA, SILVER MICHELANGELO An easy-drinking Shiraz, this wine has lingering flavours of vanilla and ripe black cherries, rounded off by a long and smooth finish. PINOTAGE FIFTY SEVEN RED BLEND The Pinotage has beautiful plum, mulberry, and red fruit flavours. Its silky tannins create a lingering finish. This wine has excellent ageing potential. GOLD VITIS VINIFERA A balanced blend with flavours of mixed berries, plums and spiced oak. Smooth tannins complement a long finish. MERLOT SAUVIGNON BLANC GOLD VITIS VINIFERA AND SILVER MICHELANGELO The Merlot is a medium- to full-bodied wine, with a dark ruby colour and aromas of berries and plums. The soft and firm tannins give this fine wine a lingering finish. GOLD VITIS VINIFERA The Sauvignon Blanc is beautifully balanced with a passion fruit and gooseberry flavour that ends with a lingering finish.
