1 Domaine Rimauresq $ Cru Classé Rosé 2016 Cotes de Provence, France 43% Grenache, 33% Cinsault,9% Mourvedre, 5% Syrah, 5% Tibouren,5% Rolle 1 Pure salmon-pink in colour with an appealing herb-spiked and fruity nose. The palate is finely balanced; quite rich, spicy red fruit is accented with bright acidity and a cleansing finish. This is a lovely expression of the grapes and of the land. Alta Mora $ Etna Bianco 2016 Etna, Sicily, Italy 100% Carricante 2 This bright yellow wine has deep aromas of ripe apple, white flowers, lemon icing and ginger. Deep, spicy and rich, this wine finishes long with nuances of minty herbs at the back.

3 Stella Bella $ Chardonnay 2016 Margaret River, Australia 100% Chardonnay 5 Aromas of freshly crushed lime, nectarine, peach fuzz, and candle wax lift out of the glass, balanced by subtle roasted hazelnut and flinty aromas from its barrel fermentation. Mineral acidity, creates focused length, with a phenolic drive. Not too heavy, nor too light, the textural finish has a lingering nuttiness and complexity. The perfect balance of fresh fruit with savoury. Weingut Selbach-Oster $ Estate Riesling 2016 Mosel, Germany 100% Riesling True-to-type juicy and fresh. Attractive Riesling characteristics. 4 Delas $ Saint-Joseph Les Challeys 2016 Rhone Valley, France 100% Syrah 7 A ruby red colour. A seductively fruity nose of raspberries, strawberries and blackcurrants), with a delicate hint of wood. On the palate this wine has good volume and shows grippy tannins that are the true reflection of its genuine terroir. I Collazzi Liberta 2014 $ Tuscany, Italy Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese 8 Very deep, it tells of the excellent quality of the grapes. Balsamic, typical of the main grape variety in the blend. Round, pervasive, with sweet tannins, perfectly balanced. Complex, long, yet not overpowering.

5 Renwood $ Fiddletown Zinfandel 2014 Amador County, America 100% Zinfandel 9 bright and highly aromatic with enticing notes of Bing cherry, red raspberry, anise and dusty cocoa. Dark magenta in colour, it opens with ripe, juicy flavours of black currant, strawberry, dark chocolate, and warming spices. Rich and elegant with well-integrated complex tannins, the wine has a fine vein of minerality that lingers through the long finish. Tiki Estate $ Pinot Noir 2016 Marlborough, New Zealand 100% Pinot Noir 10 Aromas of dark cherry and spice supported by subtle nuances of toasty oak the wine delivers elegant Pinot flavours in a bright, easy drinking style that showcases varietal flavours. These vibrant, varietal flavours are complemented by soft tannins and a well-balanced use of oak that does not dominate the wine. The palate is full but soft with great length of flavour and finishes dry with perfect weight and mouthfeel to create a wine of wide appeal.
