Blason Timberlay Merlot/Cabernet Sauvingnon, France It is a beautiful garnet-red and has a concentrated, though subtle, bouquet of candied fruit, vanilla and caramel. The wine is full-bodied, with just the right amount of oak, and quite fruity. It is remarkably well-balanced. Veramonte Pinot Noir, Chile Fruity and floral nose with hawthorn and lime tree fragrances. Lively and fresh on the palate. Grande Serres La Cour des Papes Chateauneuf du Pape, France Smoky, floral redcurrant and cherry on the nose with zesty minerality. Exotic blood orange quality. Finishes with silky tannins and a touch of lavender. Chateau Patarabet Merlot/Cabernet, France This St. Emilion Grand Cru is a blend of 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. A good amount of sweet herbs, coffee, blackcurrant & dark plum. Smooth silky tannins and a nice core of red berry fruit. With fresh ploughed earth, nice length and freshness on the finish. Lupe Cholet Pinot Noir, France Pretty red cherry like fruit on the nose with hints of fresh flowers. Red berry fruit on the palate with a tangy finish. Smooth silky tannins and a touch of spice. Chateau laroque Cabernet/Merlot/Petit Verdo, France The Château Laroque is located in the village of Arsac, One of the five villages entitled to use the prestigious appellation Margaux. It is one of the few remaining small family owned and run properties in Margaux. The nose is both intense and powerful with red fruits, vanilla and toasted aromas. This is a full-bodied wine, with good balance and ripe tannins. Masi Costasera Amarone Valpolicella, Italy From local dried grapes the wine is complex and exuberant. With intense concentrated cherry and plum flavours. Full bodied the finish is warm long and satisfying.

Pannier has developed a personal style using the grape varieties: Chardonnay for finesse, Pinot Noir for structure and Pinot Meunier for its delicate fruit. A well rounded perfectly aged, balance taste is found in every glass. Bollinger Special cuvee Brut N.V 85 Aromas of elegant, creamy citrus fruits. Well-structured with citrus and orchard fruits. Impeccable acidity and lingering finish. Bollinger Brut Rose N.V 95 This stylish rosé combines an inviting nose and palate of vibrant red cherries, raspberries and minerality. Very classy with admirable complexity. Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut 125 Fresh, precise, lemony perfumed nose. The focused palate is crisp and savoury. Quite tight lovely freshness to the fruit and nice lemony, toasty complexity. Mixes white cherry, ripe apricot, pickled ginger and mineral notes, with a fresh, spiced finish. Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée 130 The first aromas reveal the citrus character of the Chardonnay, such as lime and grapefruits. Red fruit aromas then come out, including raspberry & Morello cherry. The palate is lively. The nose is confirmed by the first taste, including citrus, almonds and toasted bread... but also redcurrant jelly, and dark fruits like cherry, fig or blackberry. Dom Perignon Vintage The immediate impression on the nose is of the mildness of the pure, airy, bright bouquet. A floral, fruity pastel tone unfolds and quickly darkens into candied fruit, ripe hay along with hints of liquorice. On the palate the wine's opulence contained and succulent, round at heart reveals itself in the mouth. The envelope slides and stretches, and the wine becomes more complex and edgy, silkier than it is creamy. Sparkling Wine Masottina was founded in 1946 in Conegliano Veneto. Owners Adriano and Franca Dal Bianco, Craft elegant and polished wines from both local and international varietals. Their passion for Prosecco made Masottina one of the largest and most respected producers in the area.
