Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days unless otherwise agreed between Client and Hotel. A non-refundable deposit of per person (or if reserving accommodation) must be received from the client with confirmation of the booking unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Hotel. Final numbers and menu choices are to be received 30 days prior to the party date accompanied with the balance owing. Refunds will not be given for decreased numbers once the final numbers have been received. The Hotel reserves the right to change the banqueting suite according to final numbers or arrangement.
