Orange juice, mineral water and soft drinks are included. If an extra wine selection is required for each package, additional charges will apply dependent on selection and package. All sit down events using cash beverages only, will incur a $8 per person surcharge. We suggest an initial setting of beverages on each table for ease of service. To avoid cash beverage surcharge we recommend a minimum 2 hour beverage package be considered. The palate delivers white grapefruit, citrus and Summer herbs Henschke Eleanor's Cottage Sauvignon Blanc Semillon (Adelaide Hills and Eden Valley) $47 Tropical fruit and gooseberry notes of the Sauvignon Blanc are carried along by the lemon and mineral acidity of the Semillon Irvine Pinot Gris (Barossa Valley) $47 Characteristics are soft, full and rich rather than crisp. The flavours are similar to green Packham pears when fully ripe. There is so much fruit in the taste without sugar, and deep unctuous flavour, leaving the palate clean RED Bethany Shiraz Cabernet (Barossa Valley) $48 This wine is an appetizing fruit driven Barossa style with excellent flavour intensity. It has wonderful aromas of dark berries with just a hint of peppery spice Bremerton Tamblyn Cabernet Shiraz, Merlot, Malbec (Langhorne Creek) $48 Cabernet Sauvignon provides the complementary tannin structure, Shiraz adds berry fruit weight, Malbec adds a perfumed lift and intense colour and the Merlot rounds out the palate Paracombe Pinot Noir (Adelaide Hills) $48 Lifted, alluring aromas of wild strawberry, cherry and toffee notes.
