The bottles you purchase are converted to digital shares. VINDOME TRADING lets you trade your shares and manage the portfolio you created with Vindome Auction. Say, a world-known winery sells a bottle of wine to a worldknown merchant, along with 5 other bottles in the case. The merchant takes the bottle to an official, secured and insured, storage facility. The merchant could then sell the case, including the above bottle, through an auction, directly to a wine collector, or to another merchant/distributor. Those who are unable to buy the entire case are left out from the process. With Vindome Auction, as an alternative to buying an entire case, the merchant can offer our clients a single bottle. If an entire case is purchased, it can be divided into as many shares as there are bottles. Investors can then buy these shares through the auction. Once the case is successfully auctioned, the acquired shares are allocated to investors Vindome accounts. Vindome s experts mark the sold bottles with smart tags made of special adhesive film. Each tag has a unique scannable and traceable number containing the details of its location and ownership.
