Fruit was harvested in the early hours to retain esh aromas and intense avour. Neil Ellis Groenekloof Predominant avours are those of tropical uits with herbaceous overtones. Durbanville Hills A complex combination of papaya, grape uit, lime and winter melons. Flagstone Poetry Flavours of melon and passion uit entice bright red uit and mint aromas. Sweet, spicy undertones give this wine great depth. Spring eld Life om Stone Complex and multi-layered, this is very much a food wine. e minerality is balanced with uitiness and notes of red pepper and granadilla can be found on the nose and palate. Billecart-Salmon Rosé is pale-pink wine is stylish, crisp and relatively dry. Full of wild strawberry and citrus, it is lively, bright and lightly perfumed.

4 CHENIN BLANC Fleur Du Cap Green apple, guava and ripe melon, rounded off with a touch of oak spice. Uitkyk Concentrated uit avours of ripe guava and pineapple with oral note and honey. WHITE BLENDS Flagstone Noon Gun Honeydew melon with slices of paw paw, a touch of orange peel, and a sparkle of cinnamon. Zonnebloem Blanc de Blanc A tantalizing blend of Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. It's a crisp and uity wine. SWEET WHITE Altydgedacht Muskarade Elegant and aromatic semi-sweet blend of Muscat d'alexandrie, Gewürztraminer and Riesling. CHARDONNAY Durbanville Hills is so wine holds an abundance of dried peaches,apricot,citrus and vanilla avours. Zonnebloem Has a brilliant red colour with intense cherry and spice. L'Avenir Has a brilliant red colour with intense cherry and spice. PINOT NOIR Altydgedacht Good colour intensity for this famously light-coloured varietal. Haute Cabrière (Unwooded) e beautiful ruby red colour is indicative of the red berry aromas.

Franschhoek Black cherry and mulberry aromas tinged and black tea nuances and discernible gentle oak spice. Glen Carlou Grand Classique A classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Malbec (20%), Merlot (13%), Petit Verdot (9%) and Cabernet Franc (8%). Morgenhof Merlot / Cabernet Franc Enticing rich berry uit aromas with strong minerally dark uits om the Cabernet Franc.
