2 RESERVE CAPTAIN JAMES CABERNET SAUVIGNON Blackcurrant and cassis aromas. Slippery tannins big fruit driven palate with barrel complexity and tight focussed finish. Gravity filled direct from tank with a secondary ferment in barrels aged for 12 months in new and seasoned oak. Alcohol 14.8%. There s deep notes of liqueur chocolate and ripe blackberry with some gravelly loam influences emerging through the nose. The palate is so dense and opulent with those liqueur riches quite evident. 3 RESERVE VINTAGE 2015 EL TORO ROJO TEMPRANILLO 91 Bright purple, with lifted violets on the nose and underlying aromas of earthy black olives, wonderful fruity spice on the palate and rounded tannins and a full length finish. Hand picked, hand plunged in open top fermenters, straight to seasoned oak barrels for 8 months to ensure fruit freshness, minimally filtered to retain tannin structure. Alcohol 13.9%. ACCOLADES: GOLD 94 pts Wine Showcase New Release pts Ray Jordan Wine Guide 2016 This is a tightly structured Tempranillo that captures many of the essential characters of this Spanish variety.dusty earthy raspberry notes on the nose with a subtle sweet candy confectionery character to it. 4 VINTAGE 2016 RUSHY CREEK ROSE Electric salmon in colour, aromas of strawberry and raspberry, with a crisp dry finish. A classic style of Rose made for food. Hand picked and whole bunch pressed shiraz was fermented in seasoned oak and stainless tank, lees stirred for further complexity. Alcohol 12.3%.

5 VINTAGE 2015 ELLIS CREEK SAUVIGNON BLANC Lifted aromas of fresh herbs and elderflower blossom. Crisp wine with white peach and lime flavours on the palate. Partial ferment in seasoned oak barriques, lees stirred to add wonderful complexity, blended with a stainless tank fermented portion for a bright fresh wine. Alcohol 11.5%.

6 TWEED RIVER CABERNET SAUVIGNON Deep crimson red, aromas of blackcurrant and black jubes, plus full mouthcoating tannins and a long smooth finish. Hand plunged in open fermenters aged in new and seasoned barriques for 12 months. Alcohol 13.5%.

7 TI TREE GULLY SHIRAZ Elegant spice and white pepper notes, with a fruit forward wine that dances the line between warm and cool climate Shiraz. Early picked Shiraz was given extended skin contact to increase mouthfeel and depth to the palate with 12 months in barrel. Alcohol 13.5%.
