2 Fine Premium Red Wine MONTEPULCIANO CONTEA DI BORDINO 2010 Ruby red colour with intensive aromas, rich palates, well balanced and velvety finish. VALPOLLICELA CLASSICO 2013 Produced in the region of Verona, northeast Italy. Juicy red berries and red fruit aromas. Seductive, smooth yet full body lingers on the palate with a velvety finish. SAN GIMIGNANO SANGIOVESE 2008 From the towered village of San Gimignano, this Sangiovese provides a robust yet rounded interpretation of a a classic Tuscan Chianti. With a medium-full weight in the mouth and lashings of ripe red-cherry fruit, this modern style of Sangiovese still maintains a classic backbone of rounded tannins and sweet spice. BARBERA D ASTI DOC 2011 Barbera is one of the best grapes in Piedmont. Deep and bright violet red colour, a long persistent palate packed with cherry and summer berry fruit flavours. VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO 2007 Made exclusively from Sangiovese and aged for at least two years. Juxtaposition of delicate violet, raspberry, and spice aromas on the nose. The palate however exhibits powerful fruit yet fine tannic structure and fresh acidity, leading to a conclusion of savoury spice. CHIANTI RISERVA DOCG 2009 This wine delivers electric intensity backed by mature notes of black cherry, prune, plum, tobacco and spice. It s a bit on the ripe, juicy side and that s what gives this Chianti Classico its chewy texture and lengthy persistency. It has good balance between spice and fruit in the mouth. AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA LE ALTANE DOCG 2007 From the region of Verona and Lake Garda. Rich garnet in colour, intense and complex depth.

3 BARBARESCO VENDEMMIA DOCG 2004 From 2001 this is one of Italy s top wine. It is rich with elegance fruit flavours and with time it become harmonious and velvety on the palate. BAROLO IL POZZO DOCG 2006 Italy s most famous red wine. Velvety with a sumptuous body and a perfect acidity/tannin balance. BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO VENDEMMIA DOCG 2000 The ruby red color of this wine tends toward garnet with age. The bouquet displays ample aromas of violet and vanilla. On the palate, it is rich and velvety with balanced fruit, acidity and tannin. One of the best Italian wines. CHATEAU DUCLA, BORDEAUX SUPERIEUR 2006 Deep ruby red colour with black cherry, cedar, plum and earthy aromas. Dry and medium to full bodied; rich fruit flavours with cedar and sweet spice notes. RIOJA VINA EGUIA GRAN RESERVA 2004 Ruby red with medium density and a brick-like rim. The fruit is very mature, exhibiting raisin, prune and caramel notes, accompanied by vanilla, clove and leather. Silky mouth-feel and good length. Bodegas Eguía are located in Elciego in the Rioja Alavesa subregion, this wine receives 30 months in barrel and 3 years in bottle before release.

4 Fine Premium White Wine VERDICHO DEI CASTELLI DI JESI 2010 MONTE SCHIAVO Verdicchio is the signature wine from the Marche region on the Adriatic coast, and is one of the prime examples of a fresh, summery Italian white. With pure citrus fruit, especially pineapple and lime, and a refreshing crisp finish, the palate is left invigorated after drinking this wine. SOAVE CLASSICO CANTINA DI NEGRAR 2010 Bright, pale straw colour with intense lemon and almond aromas with hints of musk. Fresh and lively on the palate with good concentration of ripe pear, almond and lemon zest. Medium bodied. GAVI DI GAVI D.O.C LA MINNAIA 2009 Delicate bouquet, rich almost burgundian in texture. Depth of aroma and length of flavour.

It has bright fresh flavours of citrus, apples and peaches, and a clean balanced finish. Chardonnay Colombard (Australia) Soft tropical fruit bouquet with good depth of peach and melon flavours and a lingering medium dry finish Bordeaux Sauvignon (France) Crisp and aromatic with fruity notes of pineapple and grapefruit. Frascati Superiore (Italy) The favourite drink of the Romans. Great fruit, intense floral freshness.
