2 White 1. Vinuva Trebbiano, Rubicone, Produced in the area of Emilia-Romagna in the north of ; light and delicately flavoured with zesty notes of green and citrus fruit 2. Picpoul De Pinet, AC Picpoul is one of the oldest indigenous grapes of the Languedoc region; its use recorded in the 17th century. Today, it s most famous for the wines produced around the village of Pinet. Unoaked the wine shows a good level of freshness for a wine from such a warm climate. With a citrussy and stone fruit character highlighted with floral notes. 3. Waipara Hills Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand Generous and lifted, showing powerful aromas of nettle and snow peas: the palate bursts with fresh citrus, grapefruit and melon notes. 6. Chablis. AC Paul deloux, France The driest white Burgundy from the most northern sector of Burgundy. The wine is fermented and matured without oak to preserve the characteristic flinty style. 7. Frascati Superiore Vigneto Santa Teresa, DOCG A top quality Frascati from the volcanic soils around Santa Teresa. Well rounded wine with a surprisingly flavoursome palate reminiscent of spring flowers, citrus fruits and apple which is beautifully balanced by a fresh, minerally finish with a distinctive note of almond. 8. Sauvignon Blanc, Luis Felipe Edwards, Rapel Valley, Chile Hand harvested gently pressed to retain the natural fruit aromas and flavour of citrus fruit, melon, pineapple and pear. 4. Sancerre, AC Les Collinettes, Joseph Mellot, France Fermented at low temperatures and aged on its lees up until bottling to keep it fresh, this wine is stylish and racy, with the classic blackcurrant leaf, gooseberry character and minerally finish. 9. Chenin-Sauvignon Blanc, Running Duck, South Africa This fair-trade wine is refreshing, combining the grassiness of Sauvignon with the ripe guava fruit of Chenin Blanc. 5. Pinot Grigio Trentino L Aristrocratico, Superb example of this popular grape. Flavourful and expressive with zesty fruit and long lingering finish. Stunningly different from our carafe wine. 10. Chardonnay, (Unoaked) Luis Felipe Edwards, Rapel Valley, Chile Deliciously fresh, the wine has bright fruity aromas with lovely tropical flavours and balance.

3 Red 11.Merlot, Luis Felipe Edwards, Rapel valley, Chile Soft, smooth, approachable Merlot with rounded cherries and spiced plums. 16.Shiraz, Running Duck, South Africa This medium bodied red is soft and spicy with plenty of berry fruit and a hint of white pepper on the finish. Fair trade and organic? Enjoy with a very clean conscience. 12.Châteneuf-du-pape, Bois de Pied Redal, Ogier, France Dark fruit flavours such as black cherry and blackcurrant, spiced with liquorice and aromatic herbs; the palate is full-bodied with fine-grained tannins which give it a smooth finish. (Silver Sommelier Wine Awards 2016 winner) 17.Valpolicella, Classico, Ripasso, DOC Ripasso Valpolicella which has been passed over the dried grape skins of the great (and expensive) Amarone wine taking on some of its characteristics. Concentrated, chunky and mid bodied with prune and damson notes on the nose. 13.Rare Vineyards Malbec, Pays d Oc, France, Malbec has recently become appreciated by the discerning wine drinker looking for something a little different from the new world and Argentina in particular. However Malbec s home is in the south of France as this velvety, overtly fruity wine with violet aromas and some spice on the palate shows. 18.Riserva Ducale, Chianti Classico, Riserva, Ruffino, DOCG This complex and deep red wine is characterised by sweet cherry and red berry fruit notes. Well balanced with a lingering finish of rosemary and figs. JMT missed this quality wine so much it s back on the list! 14.Rioja Reserva Marqués des Cáceres, Spain Classic rioja, with spicy black fruit and a long finish, aged to acquire an impressive structure that unfolds with a splendid balance and finesse. 19.Cabernet Sauvignon, Luis Felipe Edwards Rapel Valley, Chile Deep red with ripe berry fruit and wispy green pepper. Medium-bodied, ripe tannins and lingering fruit on the finish. 15.Cannonau di Sardegna Sella & mosca Sardinia,, DOC Cannonau is Sardinia s most famous red variety, though it is more commonly known as Grenache in France and in New World wine-producing countries. Dark ruby-red it has a complex, slightly gamey nose with hints of violets. The palate is rich, fleshy with plum and dark fruits mingling with oaky tones gained from two years ageing in large Slavonian oak casks. 20.Campo Reale Nero D'Avola Terre Siciliane, Rapitala,, DOC Delicious Nero d'avola from the sunshine island of Sicily. Hand harvested grapes briefly matured in small oak barriques create a wine with a soft silky cherry fruit finish. If you liked our previous Nero d Avola then this is a definite step up in quality. A must try!

4 Rosé 21.Whispering Hills White Zinfandel, California, USA Loads of fresh summer fruit flavours and lively acidity. Medium bodied to appeal to most palates, California s own Zinfandel. 22.Parini Pinot Grigio Rosédelle Venezie, Soft, coppery pink rosé, delicate and fruity bouquet: soft and fresh on the palate. Fizz 23.Prosecco Extra Dry Becoming ever more popular, Prosecco is clean, dry and crisp with a creamy finish 25.Louis Dornier et Fils Brut, Champagne, France A light, fresh vigourously youthful Champagne with a fine, elegant, slightly lemony nose, lively mousse and long crisp palate. Outstanding value and consistently good. There is a high percentage of Pinot grapes (both Noir and Meunier) in the blend. 24.Lanson Black Label, Brut, Champagne, France Subtle toasty and honey on the nose, light and fresh on the palate. 26.Moet & Chandon, NV Brut Imperial, Epernay, France This champagne has a slightly appley, yeast nose and long rich finish of biscuit and toasty fruit. 27.Galanti Spumanté Rosé Light, Carnation pink coloured rosé with generous raspberry and strawberry fruit.

5 House Wine by the Carafe 29. Pinot Grigio, (500ml) Clean, fresh and gently aromatic, with hints of both apple and citrus. 30. Cabernet Sauvignon, (500ml) 31. Zinfandel Rosé, (500 ml) California Medium sweet and bursting with lively summer fruit flavours. Rapel Valley, Chile Deep red with ripe berry fruit and wispy green pepper. Medium-bodied, ripe tannins and lingering fruit on the finish. Dessert Wine 32. Vin Santo del Chianti Serelle, Ruffino 37.5cl Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes are carefully dried in well ventilated rooms for about two months. This has the effect of concentrating the sugars in the must and as a result the fermentation, in French oak casks, is slow and long. The resulting wine exhibits aromas of candied fruit and notes of honey, eucalyptus and citrus fruits as well as an intriguing touch of nutmeg and caramel. The palate is packed with dry fruit flavours such as apricot, pineapple and fig, with a balanced sweetness and refreshing finish. A delicious digestif to any meal.
