It is refreshing with intense ripe fruit flavors of pear and tropical notes of banana and mango. Drink as an aperitif or with antipasti, salads and shellfish. 2. Palatino Chardonnay D.O.K Marsovin, Malta ½ bottle 8.95 full bottle This locally-grown Chardonnay shows classic varietal characteristics with an elegant nose of Golden Delicious apples with light citric nuances supported by a fleshy, medium-bodied palate of ripe fruit and melon. 3. Carravaggio Chenin Blanc D.O.K Marsovin, Malta A dry white wine with aromas reminiscent of stone fruit: peaches and apricots underlined by hint of green apples. Well balanced with refreshing levels of acidity. Ideal to accompany light food dishes including salads, fish, poultry, veal and pork dishes. 4. Antonin Blanc Private Estate Selection Gozo D.O.K Superior Marsovin, Malta Antonin Blanc is produced from selected Chardonnay grapes harvested from the Ramla Valley Estate in Gozo. Barrel Fermentation and ageing on the lees for up to 12 weeks in new oak barrels contributes an important aspect to the wine s essential character with aromas of vanilla and burnt toast giving way to crisp citrus and apple notes on the palate. It is full and round in the mouth whilst retaining a fruity Chardonnay character, the subtle nuance of oak adds finesse and complexity. ITALY 5. Corvo Glicine Bianco Sicily A medium dry fresh wine made from native grapes. Fruity aromas lead to full flavour on the palate and a hint of almonds. 6. 2 7. Pinot Grigio Arcole Sartori, Veneto, Italy Pale-straw in colour. The bouquet is very delicate. The taste is well-balanced and impeccable fresh and fruity. 8. Gavi di Gavi Palladino This wonderful and delicate white wine has structure, it has depth, it has lengths, balance, it has complexity! This wine has a bit of chalky grip that gives a wine balance. 9. Falanghina del Benevento Catania Vadiaperti - Avellino, Campania, Italy Made from Falanghina variety, grown there at 700m on volcanic soil, picked late in October, carefully pressed and fermented. Dry and clean, tropical and spicy lingereing aromas with a lovely seam of freshness. 10. Greco Di Tufo Cantina Vadiaperti Avellino, Campania, Italy Classic Greco with elegant refined notes of ripe fruit, golden delicious apples lifted by floral and acacia honey nuances. The palate is fresh and structured with good balance and length and a perceptible bitter almond finish. FRANCE 11. C est la Vie Blanc, Rhone, France A blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Straw yellow in colour, this white boasts a medium nose exuding fruity and vegetal aromas. Discover this medium-bodied wine expressing lively acidity and offering a slender texture. It also unveils a medium mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish. 12. Chablis Chateau de Viviers Lupe Cholet, France Lucid and fragrant with a pleasant vividness enabling it to be labelled as the great white wine of region. 3 Straw colour with golden highlights. On the nose it shows fresh aromas of pears and apples on a depth of citrus fruit that reveals a pleasant acidity intensifying the wine s freshness. GERMANY 14. Liebfraumilch Qualitätswein B.A. Johann Bihn, Rheinhessen, Germany Inviting scent of honey melon and pear. On the palate you experience aromas of apple and pear as well as some herbal nuances. Very juicy, crisp and delicate wine. SOUTH AFRICA 15. Chenin Blanc, Mountain Ridge Western Cape, South Africa Pale yellow in colour with a greenish tint. On the nose, lemon and lime aromas are abundant. A clean, lively wine with nuances of nutmeg and cloves. Well-balanced and elegant but with weight and good structure. NEW ZEALAND 16. Sauvignon Blanc Maori Bay, Marlborough, New Zealand This rich and crispy wine reflects the beauty of its Marlborough origin, with a plethora of fresh tropical fruit and gooseberry aromas as well as nuances of elderflower, tomato leaf and nettle. It is well-balanced, elegant and has a long finish to savour. CHILE Chardonnay Santa Rita, Central Valley, Chile This lively young wine has a soft yellow colour with slightly amber hues. Its vivacious flavour and aroma has luscious tropical notes with delicate undertones of wood that gives complexity to the wine. Its pleasant acidity provides lingering persistency, depth which makes it easy to drink. 3

4 ARGENTINA 18. Sauvignon Blanc Portillo, Mendoza, Argentina Intense aromas of gooseberries, passion fruit, green and yellow peppers and hints of tropical fruit on the nose. Medium-bodied with a good balance between fruit and acidity on the palate. RED WINE MALTA 19. La Torre Cabernet Sauvignon I.G.T Marsovin, Malta ½ bottle 8.50 full bottle This medium bodied wine displays aromas of a black fruit character: black berries & blackcurrants with robust mouth-coating tannins and a velvety lingering finish. These characteristics are generously confirmed in its medium-bodied palate showing plum and cranberry flavours with soft, approachable tannins , Sundried Gellewza Malta D.O.K Marsovin, Malta Red is a quality wine produced from selected grapes of the indigenous Gellewza red variety. The characteristics are bunches were laid down to dry in the sun for a number of days before being vinified resulting in a concentration of the Gellewza grape s natural sugars, acidity and colour. 22. Cheval Franc D.O.K Superior Private Estate Selection Marsovin, Malta An artful blend of Cabernet Franc and Shiraz, this medium bodied ruby red wine has distinct peppery and herbaceous aromas and is excellent on its own or as an accompaniment to more complex meat dishes, oriental cuisine and rich pasta sauces. 23. Antonin Noir D.O.K Superior Private Estate Selection Marsovin, Malta Antonin is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc (mostly merlot). This is a full-bodied wine with very good ageing potential. Excellent grape maturity with a high concentration of natural sugars qualify this wine for the special mention of Superior and its unique fruit driven character makes it very enjoyable even in its early years. 4

The palate is full bodied and balanced with fine, sweet tannins. 25. Salvalai Bardolino D.O.C - Veneto, Italy Medium-strong, ruby red colour, delicate yet intense fragrance of cherry and berries. This red wine is ideal to be consumed with light dishes or on its own. 26. Valpolicella Classico Sartori, Veneto, Italy ½ bottle full bottle Medium bodied, with tempting layers of ripe plums, berries and red cherries and just the right hint of spiciness, this wine sits comfortably on the palate 27. Gran Passione Rosso Apassimento - Fossalta di Piave, Veneto, Italy % Merlot 40% Corvina. Intense purple colour, tending towards amber with ageing. The subsequent oak aging gives the pleasant notes of spices and vanilla. This wine has a very solid structure due to the elevated alcohol and the balance between soft tannins and acidity. 28. Scanavino Barolo Piedmont, Italy This Barolo shows a tawny colour, on the nose it has aromas of dark cherry fruit, cardamom and celery seed. The palate is dry with strong tannins and intense characteristics of mushrooms, dry leaves and savoury, finishing off with a long length. FRANCE 29. Côtes du Rhône Clos du Miran Jean Baptiste Bejot, Rhone Valley, France Clear ruby wine with overtones of red berry fruits with a round and supple palate with smooth aftertaste. This wine is endowed with an excellent aromatic balance. 30. C est la Vie Rouge, Rhone Valley, France Two famous grape varietals make up this wine: Pinot Noir for its fruity character and Syrah for its body and peppery notes. 5

Chateauneuf du Pape Chateau Cabrieres, Rhone Valley, France Grenache grape is dominant in this dry red wine, with ripe, soft medium tannins, complex and earthy, full bodied and beautifully aromatic. The palate is of a ripe black fruit character of plums and black cherries, and expressive complexity with a slight spicy finish. SPAIN 32. Rioja Crianza Marques de Caceres, Spain A lively bouquet with notes of red fruit that add a pleasant freshness softened by a discreet touch of vanilla. Deliciously full in the mouth where well-integrated, silky tannins highlight the wine s fruit. SOUTH AFRICA 33. Pinotage, Mountain Ridge Western Cape, South Africa This wine has a medium bodied intensity and soft integrated tannins, its characteristics reflects the distinctive style of both varietals in the blend. On the palate it features fruit characteristics like plum and mulberry which are supported by vanilla undertones with a hint of spice and white pepper. CHILE CCC Santa Rita, Central Valley, Chile This intense wine is a blend of Carmenere, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon blend is a deep and ruby red complex and very pleasing bland of fruity aromas that recall plums, blackberries, blueberries and spice, along with notes of vanilla and tobacco that come from oak. It is silky on the palate due to ripe tannins with good volume and depth, with a long fruity finish. ARGENTINA 35. Malbec, Portillo Mendoza, Argentina This is a young well-structured wine, deep ruby in colour with intense violet tints. Fruity aromas of blackberries blueberries and plums define the nose. A rich, soft mouth-feel with sweet subtle tannins leads to a round and lingering finish. 6

7 36. Pinot Noir Alamos Selection, Catena Zapata Mendoza, Argentina Smooth, complex and elegant; aged ten months in French oak barrels. Aromas of ripe cherries with a subtle hint of aromatic herbs and vanilla. Long and lingering aftertaste. ROSE WINE MALTA 37. Odyssey Grenache, Shiraz Rosé ½ bottle full bottle This fine and fruity Rose has an intense aroma reminiscent of raspberries, strawberries and warm spices. It is off-dry, medium bodied and is best served lightly chilled accompanying fish, veal, pork and poultry dishes. Serve chilled (9 C - 11 C) FRANCE 38. Les Gardellas Rose D Anjou Loire Valley, France This rose wine shows a lively pinkish color, nose shows characteristics of strawberry and cherries. The palate is medium dry and supported with lively red fruit character like strawberries and red cherries finishing with a long cleansing finish. CALIFORNIA 39. White Zinfandel Dusty Creek, California, U.S.A Bright salmon pink colour and fresh nose of raspberry and strawberry. On the palate juicy, yet elegant and refreshingly sparkling. Aromas of strawberry, watermelon and a touch of mint, the perfect summer wine. 7

8 PREMIUM WINES 40. Amarone della Valpolicella, Speri Veneto, Italy Intense garnet red, typical nose of dried grapes, concentrated and full flavoured. Dry on the palate, strong but soft and balanced. This wine would accompany very well hearty red meat dishes, game dishes and important cheeses. 41. Barolo Riserva Vignolo, Cavallotto Piedmont, Italy This Barolo wine, typically produced from the Nebbiolo grage in Piedmont, shows perfumed notes of red fruits which with age will turn to floral notes. The palate has characteristics of leather, forest floor, mushrooms followed by a hint of roses and red cherries. This intense and complex wine has been aged for at least 4 years and white meats, hard cheeses and chocolate. 42. Cabernet Sauvignon Casa Real Santa Rita, Maipo, Chile This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Alto Jahual, located in Chile s famous Maipo Velley, one of the finest wine producing regions in the world. The result is an expensive ruby red colour wine. Its aromas recall ripe black fruit gracefully combined with vanilla, tobacco and cloves. The result is a medium bodied wine, balanced and pleasant persistent wine. SPARKLING WINE & CHAMPANGE 43. Cassar de Malte Private Estate Selection Marsovin Wardija Valley Estate, Malta Malta's only Brut created entirely using the 'Methode Traditionnelle' and 100% Chardonnay grapes with a minimum of 12 to 24 months maturing on the yeast lees in the bottle. Its bouquet is typically complex with lingering floral and fruity notes. It is invitingly rich, full in taste and complemented by its pleasant natural sparkle. 44. Prosecco Spumante DOC Bianca e Nera, Veneto, Italy Typical crisp and delicate perlage. Pale light yellow colour, delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that remind of peach, green apple with second notes of acacia and lilac. Pinot di Pinot Rose, Ganica With its soft pink body, gentle bubbles and a soft foam top, Gancia Pinot di Pinot Rose is a wonderful sparkling wine. 9 DESSERT WINE 46. Dolce Vita - Late Harvest, Malta (50cl) This blend of locally-grown Vermentino and Viognier offers an enticing, syrupy aroma of stewed apples. On the palate one finds a soft, seductive sweetness which reinforces the apple notes yet is further enriched by a full fruit-basket of flavours. Harvesting these grapes late has ensured that their level of ripeness is much higher than usual, resulting in an elegant sweetness which makes this wine an ideal dessert compliment yet perfectly enjoyable on its own. 47. Moscato D Asti Vigna Senza Nome, Piemonte, Italy A Delicious dessert wine that s full of rose petals, lychees and confectioned fruit. Sparkling and sweet, with a touch of sage on the finish. A classic pairing with pound cake but also phenomenal as a phenomenal as a palate cleanser after a meal.
