eserving Location partan Catering welcomes the opportunity to serve your event on and off campus. n-campus Catering venues are scheduled through different offices on campus. Planning Your vent During the earliest stages of planning your event, please call us to reserve your event date, approximate number of guests, time, and type of service needed. We prefer all orders to be placed at least two weeks prior to your event. nce you have received a contract from us for your review, please sign and fax the contract to confirm your order. final guest count is due by 12:00pm three business days before your event. nce guaranteed, the attendance cannot be reduced. vents or menu items may be cancelled one week prior to the event at no charge to the client. electing a Menu We have included our most popular dishes on our menu. However, our culinary team would love to create a custom menu for your event. ur services include served meals, buffet meals, receptions, coffee breaks, picnics, and a la carte menu planning. It is difficult to gauge the number of attendees at your event. We strongly recommend that you decide the menu during the earlier stages of event planning, and adjust the head count based on guest reservations or other criteria. ervice and Pickup ime partan Catering will deliver your food promptly at your scheduled time of service, and will return at the scheduled time of pick up. hould your event run late and our staff is required to make an additional trip, a $20 charge will be added to your bill for each return trip. Clients are responsible for safekeeping of all catering equipment dropped off at your event. ny equipment lost or damaged will result in additional charges. dditional charges may also occur if the equipment is not available at the designated pick up time. Dietary estrictions partan Catering can provide meals for guests with food allergies. Please call the sales office for more information. ables and Chairs Please confirm if your event location comes equipped with tables and chairs, as partan Catering does not supply these items. If needed, we can arrange for a rental company to deliver tables and chairs for an additional charge; however, set-up and breakdown of equipment is the responsibility of the client. You may opt to have the rental company set up and breakdown your equipment for an additional charge. 1

Food Policy Food ordered but not consumed at a catering function cannot be removed from the location in which it is served, except by the catering staff. his policy is standard for the catering industry and exists, in effect, to protect you and your guests, as food that is mishandled is very susceptible to foodborne illnesses. Due to partan hops policy, state health code regulations and liability issues, guests are not permitted to take any perishable food or beverages from a catering event. partan Catering also will not provide food or beverages in conjunction with perishable food brought in by another vendor for the same reasons. o credit will be given for unused food or under-attended events. partan Catering will not be held responsible for any food removed from an event. lcohol Policy partan hops is the only vendor approved by the University Police Department (UPD) to provide alcohol service on campus. Due to the highly restrictive state laws for alcohol service, all catering clients must adhere to JU s alcohol policies located on our website. In the event a group violates these policies, partan Catering reserves the right to close a bar at anytime based on their discretion, and to decline future alcohol services to that group. equests must be received at least two weeks prior to your event. Please contact the sales office to discuss fees and services for alcohol requests. Payments n-campus departments must provide us with a Credit Card, Procurement Card, check, or P.. # prior to your event.
