THE ART OF MILLINERY AFTERNOON TEA A celebration of the artistic achievements in Irish millinery.
THE WESTBURY IS DELIGHTED TO INTRODUCE THE ART OF MILLINERY AFTERNOON TEA TO THE GALLERY Our exclusive Afternoon Tea has been created in partnership with The Council of Irish Fashion Designers (CIFD) and features a unique collection of beautifully handcrafted pastries and cakes paying homage to some of Ireland s finest milliners who have created bespoke headpieces exclusively for The Westbury. Executive pastry chef Ray Encarnacion has drawn inspiration from the shape, texture and intricate detail of these beautiful pieces in creating The Art of Millinery Afternoon Tea a representation of the artistic achievements in both food and fashion design. We are proud to support the work of Irish milliners and would like to thank them for inspiring our Afternoon Tea. @WestburyDublin #ArtofMillinery #AfternoonTea
