It is now headed up by celebrity chef James Tanner. 2015 will feature a refreshed list of competitions incorporating three events in one: La Parade des Chefs - the renowned fine dining experience at the heart of The Hospitality Show. THE HOSPITALITY SHOW SALON CULINAIRE James Tanner Salon Display truly stunning works of art created in food, from cakes to beautifully presented meals and sculptured fat. Live Theatre a series of back-to-back exciting hot live classes each day. The competitions range from 20 minutes against the clock to the more involved molecular gastromony skills classes. The exhibition has four key zones: FOOD & DRINK INTERIORS & FURNISHINGS CATERING EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY We always get something good out of this exhibition. We ve seen a good quality of distributors and end users to the stand. We get tangible results after every Hospitality Show. Excellent show, excellent quality of visitors and a solid number of visitors at that. We ve signed up a lot of new members and delegates for CESA s CFSP training programme during the show. We have 40 member companies exhibiting here at Hospitality and the general feedback from all is that the show has delivered!
