Cookery Class Information & Dates 2018 Cherry Cookery Kitchen is here to inspire you, to help bring out your inner chef, so all cooks become great cooks at Cherry Cookery Kitchen. Gemma hosts a variety of classes all year round offering mouth-watering dishes while at the same time dispensing helpful advice. Gemma has a hands-on, no-fuss approach to cookery, using the freshest ingredients possible. She believes that cooking should be fun and her easy approach, together with recipes that encourage those who normally shy away from cookery, is a winning combination. The class plans and recipe packs are lovingly designed to give each participant the maximum benefit from their cookery class with a host of new cooking skills and full repertoire of exciting new recipes. You will experience: Welcome drink Learn from Gemma key kitchen skills & enjoy a demonstration of dishes Experience a hands-on, informative and fun class Take home a full suite of recipes As with all of our courses, all the ingredients are ready for you on arrival, equipment is to hand to maximise your cookery time and washing up is taken care of by our dedicated team. Please ensure you arrive in good time (ideally 5-10 minutes before start time) as late arrivals will not be able to join the course after it has started. Please see our FAQs for more information. Evening Format Our evening courses are a great way to pick up a skill or focus on a particular theme. During an evening session you will enjoy around 2 hours of hands-on learning. You will leave with the dishes that you have prepared during the course. Half Day Course Format Our half-day courses are a great way to learn a particular culinary skill that you will use for life. During a morning or afternoon session you will enjoy around 3 ½ hours of indepth, hands-on learning. There is no lunch/dinner on these courses but you will leave with the dishes that you have prepared during the course.

Master Pasta Nothing beats the taste of freshly made pasta and in this class we unravel the art of pasta making and learn how to make pasta dough and produce delicious hand-made pasta using the traditional pasta machine. This is a hands-on workshop, not a demonstration, we expect you to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in! In this class you will make tagliatelle using a pasta machine, shape farfalle and cut, fill and shape your pasta sheets to make ravioli and tortellini.
