The Preserve Restaurant puts the freshest Brush Creek Ranch-sourced cuisine on full display with a true seed-to-table dining experience. World-class culinary expertise is imparted to guests by our very own in-house master chefs. Guests are provided unique insight about how to use ingredients grown in our greenhouse to make delectable dishes. With hundreds of unique wines from around the globe, extremely rare Akaushi cattle, and ingredients freshly picked from our farm, you can count on a one-of-a-kind food and drink experience.

As a guest of the luxury ranch collection, we invite you to be both patron and participant at Brush Creek Brewery. Take a tour of our beautiful, state-of-the-art facility, where we proudly brew and bottle our own beverages, then delight yourself with delicious samples of our wide selection of craft beers, flavored and brewed with locally-sourced ingredients. After finding your drink of choice, join educational sessions and work directly with our master brewer.
Our incredible distillery on The Farm is an inspirational and educational experience wrapped into one adventure. First, treat yourself to a wonderful selection of our small batch Rye, Vodka, Gin, Moonshine, and, once aged to perfection, Whiskey. Afterward, get an educational inside look at our various distilling processes while working alongside our master distiller.
Beneath The Farm lies a 94 yard long cellar that houses thousands of the most exclusive wines available. This one of a kind temperature-controlled cellar was created to ensure the perfect environment for these incredibly rare vintage wines. Guided tours of the cellar will be made available during dinner service at The Preserve. The sommelier will walk guests to the Cellar and assist in selecting a bottle of wine that pairs perfectly with your meal and preferences!
Enhance your stay at The Farm by taking a trip through this intimate underground facility. Guests of the Ranch can have exclusive access to an educational tour with our sommelier getting an inside look at our incredibly rare selection of wines made available only at The Ranch. This ultra-exclusive facility houses extremely rare, small batch bourbon, whiskeys, spirits, and much more. Selections of the most exceptional spirits are kept safe behind lock and key in cabinets along the walls. Expert mixologists are available to craft high-end cocktails for every palate and preference. To ensure The Farm has the freshest ingredients available, a 7,000 sq. ft. greenhouse was added at Brush Creek Ranch. Whether picked off the vine or out of raised beds, the produce and botanicals watered by a hydroponic system in the greenhouse supply the entire facility. Discover everything the greenhouse has to offer with tours, educational sessions and even afternoon picnics inside the grounds. By winter of 2018/ 2019, the greenhouse will expand and offer guests even more fresh ingredients.
In keeping with BCR s ongoing tradition of maintaining effective sustainability, The Farm raises its own flock of goats which graze around the property. This affords us the unique opportunity to craft our own cheeses, yogurt, ice cream, butter, and more. Not only will you taste the freshness of our in-house dairy products, but you can take part in the creation process! This immersive experience is great for guests of all ages, even the Lil Wranglers! Located under The Preserve Restaurant, our on site bake shop will prepare fresh bread, pastries, chocolates and more daily for the Farm & the rest of the ranch.
