Carriage House Plus Policies & Procedures Menu Selection Your final menu selection must be finalized 14 days* in advance of your event. All food items must be supplied and prepared by Hi-Style Caterers. The single exception is Wedding and Birthday cakes and favors. Food prepared by Hi-Style Caterers must not be taken off the premises for insurance and health code reasons. Guarantees A final guarantee of the exact number of guests for all functions is required 14 days* prior to the function. If not available, Hi-Style will use the highest estimated number and the bill will reflect this amount. A reduction in the amount of guests after the 14 day* requirement day has passed will not reduce the amount or your final bill. Service Charge and Tax All food prices are subject to a service charge of 18% and the Maine Meals Tax of 8%. (If non-taxable,you must provide your valid non-tax ID number for our records. Prices All prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices may be confirmed 30 days prior to the event. Deposit Deposits are required at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Payments Final Guest Count MUST be provided to the Carriage House and Payment MUST be paid 14 days* prior to the event.
