About us Half a century of wine making experience. Reward Wines is the culmination of almost half a century of Australian wine making experience. For over 27 years, our vineyards have been supplying grapes to some of Australia s most well known, leading brands and this has taught us a thing or two about making good wine. Our vineyard operations are located in the South of Australia in some of the region s best wine producing areas. The ancient Cambrian mineral rich soils of Heathcote, 40 year old hand tendered vines in the Goulburn Valley and fully automated operations on the Murray, each of these award us great flexibility in our wine making. Regional Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 Our Regional Collection is at the heart of the Reward Wines portfolio. Quality and consistency is key to this range of wines and year after year they continue to express a quality value for money wine range. Drawn from our vineyards across northern and central Victoria, these wines express varietal characteristics while being a softer and more approachable style. Tasting Notes Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 100% Vintage: 2010 Region: South Eastern Australia Harvested: Machine ALC: 13.5% Colour: Medium depth ruby red Bouquet: Displaying characteristics of this variety with berry fruits and toasted oak. Blackcurrants and a hint of vanilla. Palate: Balanced tannins supported by wild berry and toasted oak. Medium bodied with a lingering dry finish. Label Notes:The 5 Rewards 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautifully drinking wine. Balanced acid, soft velvety tannins ensures this is a wine that can be enjoyed all year round. Not overly powerful, the blackcurrant and vanilla oak leave a nice lingering finish on the pallet.

Regional Collection Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot 2010 Our Regional Collection is at the heart of Reward Wines portfolio. Quality and consistency is key to this range of wines and year after year they continue to express a quality value for money wine portfolio. Drawn from our vineyards across northern and central Victoria, these wines express varietal characteristics while being a softer and more approachable style. Tasting Notes Variety: 78% Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage: 2010 22% Cabernet Merlot Region: South Eastern Australia Harvested: Machine ALC: 13.5% Colour: Medium depth ruby red Bouquet: Displaying characteristics of this variety with blackcurrant, toasted oak, layered chocolate and cedary notes. Palate: Soft well-balanced acid. Medium bodied with a lingering dry finish. Label Notes: The 5 Rewards 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot presents as a well-rounded wine with a lingering silky finish. The 20% addition of cabernet merlot introduces an array of subtle fruit and rounds off the more robust cabernet sauvignon beautifully. With a bouquet to match, this wine will be well regarded.

Regional Collection Premium Dry Red 2012 Our Regional Collection is at the heart of Reward Wines portfolio. Quality and consistency is key to this range of wines and year after year they continue to express a quality value for money wine portfolio. Drawn from our vineyards across northern and central Victoria, these wines express varietal characteristics while being softer and more approachable style. Tasting Notes Variety: Dry Red Vintage: 2012 Region: South Eastern Australia Harvested: Machine ALC: 13.7% Colour: Bright ruby red Bouquet: Plums & spice Palate: Soft & dry. Velvety mid palate with soft tannin finish. Label Notes: Bright ruby in colour the 2012 Premium Dry Red presents as a medium bodied wine that exhibits great balance of fruit character, sweetness and complexity. With a nose of plum and cherry, the palate is medium bodied, light acidity and a lingering mid pallet sweetness. The 2012 Premium Dry Red is ideal now and will improve with careful cellaring.

Journey Collection Shiraz 2009 Our most popular range after the Regional Collection, these wines are a more refined wine option for people seeking a more polished and refined wine. This collection has a long history with us. Almost half a century in wine making. The brand expresses our wine making journey and the people that have been a part of that experience. We hope you enjoy. Tasting Notes Variety: Shiraz Vintage: 2009 Region: South Eastern Australia Vineyard: Various Harvested: Machine / Hand ALC: 13.5% Colour: Bright ruby red Bouquet: Spice and ripe plums, hints of cherry and vanilla oak Palate: Soft ripe fruit and well balanced tannins. Hint of acidity with a nice lingering clean finish on the palate. Label Notes: Blackberry, plum and spice are the trademark aromas of this wine while the palate is a complex array of berry fruit and hints of pepper. Added complexity comes from creamy French oak, firm tannins and a drying finish. Bright ruby red in colour with purple highlights. Will drink well now yet will improve with cellaring.

Palate: A medium bodied Shiraz/ Cabernet with more intense plum and blackberry. Hints of pepper supported by a complex savoury tannin structure. Label Notes: A medium bodied Shiraz/Cabernet creating a style that is easy drinking and full of berry flavours. Blackberry and plum are discernible as are hints of aniseed and spice. A well balanced wine with upfront fruit being supported by dryer more complex tannins.

Tasting Notes Variety: Shiraz Vintage: 2010 Region: South Eastern Australia Harvested: Machine / hand ALC: 13.6% Colour: Bright crimson with purple hues Bouquet: Blackberry, plum and dark cherry. Hints chocolate and spicy oak. Palate: Ripe fruit, well balanced tannins. Hints of acidity with a nice lingering finish on the palate. Label Notes: A more refined Shiraz in our portfolio, yet still presenting blackberry, plum and spice as the trademark aromas. The palate is a complex array of berry fruit and hints of pepper and toasted oak French oak. Well balanced tannins and a long drying finish balance this wine on the palate.

Director's Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 Select parcels of fruit are drawn from some of our more prized vineyards to produce the Director's Collection. The wine is carefully crafted to express the key varietal characteristics while remaining highly approachable and easy drinking. Reward Wines Director's Collection is a more robust wine which will develop with careful cellaring. Tasting Notes Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage: 2010 Region: South Eastern Australia Harvested: Machine / hand ALC: 13.6% Colour: Bright crimson with purple hues Bouquet: Blackberry, plum and dark cherry. Hints of spicy oak. Palate: A medium bodied Cabernet expressing blackberry, cherry and spice. The fruit characters are well balanced with savoury tannins and vanilla oak. Label Notes: A smooth drinking Cabernet, the 2010 expresses excellent fruit characteristics including blackberry, cherry and spice all balanced with savoury tannins and vanilla oak. Hint of tabacco are also evident on the palate, consistent with this wine style.

Verney Road Vineyard Series Shiraz 2004 Cellar Release The Verney Road portfolio is our premium, single vineyard wine selection. Handpicked, premium fruit is selected from our more mature vine plantations. Open top fermenters and a preference for longer maturation in newer French & American oak barrels gives this wine range a distinct premium presence. Tasting Notes Variety: Shiraz 100% Vintage: 2004 Region: Goulburn Valley Age of Vines: Up to 40 years Harvested: Hand picked Oak Maturation: 22 months ALC: 14.2% Colour: Deep magenta Bouquet: Complex with aromas of bright dark fruits such as plum, blueberry and black cherry. Chocolate undertones are evident as is the spicy vanilla oak. Palate: A rich soft palate as you would expect from a vintage wine. Concentrated Shiraz fruit balanced by savoury ripe tannins which lead into a long rich finish. Flavours of dark chocolate and rich plum offer a generous mouthfeel with lingering spicy oak. Minimal filtering means wine must be decanted.
