CLEVELAND S FINEST MEATS RECIPE GUIDE SINCE 96 Bottom Round Roast With Onion Gravy Ingredients: 4 bottom round roast 6 onions sliced salt & pepper to taste bay leaf tbsp. white vinegar tbsp. all purpose flour cup Water Directions: Place sliced onions in the bottom of a Dutch oven or stock pot. Season the roast with salt and pepper, and place on top of the onions. Add the vinegar and bay leaf to the pan, and heat over high heat to get it simmering. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for to 4 hours. Try not to take the lid off while cooking. When the roast is done, remove it from the pan to serving platter. Mix the flour into the water and pour into the drippings from the roast. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently until thickened. Carve roast, and serve with pan gravy. BBq chicken leg quarters Ingredients: 6 leg quarters bone in skin on bbq sauce at least /4 cup per of chicken Directions: Heat grill to 00 F. Place leg quarters skin side up on the grill. Cook covered for 5-8 minutes. Flip chicken and continue cooking another 5-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 65 F. Turn the airflow down on the grill to lower the temperature. Brush a generous amount of bbq sauce on the chicken. Cook covered for around minutes. Flip chicken and brush on more sauce. Close lid and cook another minutes.
