Back then, there was only a small range of products that coeliacs and other allergy customers could choose from. Now, the rest is history! We are one of Brisbane s leading gourmet gluten free manufacturers, a family owned business based in Queensland. HANDLING TIPS Shelf life time stored in freezer below -18 C (from Production Date on Box) Slices 6 months Mini Cakes & Savouries 2 months Petite Cakes 1-2 months Store in freezer below -18 C until ready to defrost/serve. Defrost and store below <5 C (all products). From frozen to cake cabinet - 2 to 3 hours or overnight in cake cabinet. Store and display our products on the top shelf, using separate tongs or cake serving instruments. A great idea is to have red tape or red handled tongs for gluten free products, to avoid cross contamination. When removing cakes/slices from boxes, fully opening the front and side of the box will reduce any damage to product.
