the chalk hill estate pavilion estate pavilion for private dining The most stunning architectural feature of the Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards & Winery is the Estate Pavilion. This elegant hillside retreat is nestled among beautiful oak groves surrounded by acres of Chrdonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapevines. Inside, the rustic decor and gorgeous hardwood floor contrast with the handcrafted 21-foot tall French Louis XIII-style limestone fireplace. The exterior glass windows reach high into the air, providing natural lighting and a breathtaking panorama from every viewpoint. Picture windows open up to the Olympic-sized dressage riding arena, beautifully crafted of Alaskan golden cedar excellent for horse presentations. The private dining experience is complete with a custom menu designed by the Estate Chef. Enjoy sumptuous Chalk Hill wines with hors d oeuvres on the Pavilion terrace overlooking the vineyards and culinary gardens.
