SERVICE STAFF Our competent team of in house trained service staff are both attentive and approachable. They thrive on the energy of an event and provide streamlined and efficient service. STAFFING RATIO Our staffing ratios are strictly: 1 waiter or supervisor: per 20 guests 1 chef: per 30 guests THE DETAILS All EDFD staff hold current RSA certification. Our staff team are attired in white shirts, black trousers and our charcoal grey bib brace apron. At sites with cooking equipment (bbq & ovens) it is a requirement of the VRC that professional staff are present. PAGE 9
HIRE & STYLING We work closely with Harry the Hirer and are able to assist you with any hire equipment & furniture that you may require. We are also able to arrange extra market umbrellas, fencing, planter boxes, beautiful flowers & full styling concepts.
