He selected two places, Yoichi and Miyagikyo, and built two distilleries there. This is the product of the perfect marriage of the two distilleries. Its gentle malt flavor, fruitiness and extremely well-balanced taste make it a perfect entry point into the world of Nikka. Alc. 43% 190/bottle Yoichi NAS This is a single malt from the Yoichi distillery, Nikka's first distillery built in 1934. The founder Masataka Taketsuru chose Yoichi in Hokkaido because of the similar environmental conditions to Scotland, where he learned whisky making. Yoichi single malt has pleasant peaty notes and smokiness originating from the traditional direct coal-fired distillation as well as a briny hint delivered by the sea breeze during the aging process. Miyagikyo NAS This is a single malt from the Miyagikyo distillery, Nikka's second distillery built in 1969. The founder Masataka Taketsuru chose this site in the mountains of Sendai to contrast with his first distillery, Yoichi, located in the coastal area. Using less peaty malt and distilled in a pot still heated by indirect steam, Miyagikyo single malt has an elegant fruitiness and a distinctive aroma with a strong Sherry cask influence. Alc. 45% 230/bottle The Nikka 12 YEARS OLD There is nothing more suitable than a blended whisky to represent Nikka s way of whisky making. The asymmetry design of the bottle is inspired by the neck of a Kimono, just as if the layers visualize all the passion and craftsmanship devoted in the history of Nikka. The honorable golden emblem engraved was designed by Masataka Taketsuru for his very first Nikka whisky bottle. Malty, soft and well-balanced, this expression portrays our gratitude to the heritage and our will to advance our tradition. Fresh and clean on the nose, robust and spicy on the palate, finishes with a harmonious blend of dense spices, rich oak, and lemon and orange notes Alc. 45% 210/bottle Nikka From The Barrel Award-winning blend of malts and grain, further age in first-filled bourbon casks. The nose is upfront, and slightly floral, with good intensity, peachiness, and a lift akin to rosemary oil and pine sap. The palate is sweet, with some vanilla, a hint of cherry, and plenty of spiciness on the finish. Alc. 51.4% 145/bottle

Dryness: +2 40 per 300ml 80 per 720ml 170 per 1.8L 八海山 純米吟醸 Hakkaisan Junmai Ginyo The original fine flavour of the high quality Miyama Nishiki and Yamada Nishiki rice used for sake brewing has been fully drawn out, this dry and delicious sake is sure to charm anyone who drinks it. Shochikubai Shirakabegura Mio It is sparkling with a fruity flavour and a sweet aroma. A new sensation in the sake world but made traditionally with only rice, koji and water. Mio's uniquely refreshing and fruity flavor is balanced with a crisp acidity. Embodying the Japanese character 'Mio" which evokes images of the delicate foam that emerges gently in a ship's wake. Mio Sparkling Sake is a light refresher that signifies a new wave for Japanese sake. Dryness: -70 Alc. 5.0% 18 per 300ml Shochu Ichiban Fuda SHOCHU Carefully selected barley was removed bitterness or other unpleasant taste in low temperature to make this shochu. Ichiban Fuda, the 100% Wheat distilled spirits. the balance of fruity & light taste. Alc 25% 100 per 720ml Kanoka This shochu spirit is named Kanoka. which literally means "good fragrance.
