Financial Overview A customary 22% taxable service charge and appropriate sales tax will be added to all pricing. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated event total and a signed contract is required to secure your space on a definite basis. COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: How many entrees may we choose for our guests? A: Between a chicken, fish or beef option, you may choose 2. We always include a vegetarian choice, so it is a total of 3 entrees. Please let us know if a guest has dietary needs, and we can always accommodate special plates. Q: If we decided to do a Split Entrée when do you need to know how many of each entrée is required? A: The hotel will need to know how many of each entrée they are serving a minimum of three business days prior to the event. In order for our servers to know what entrée each guest is to receive, the host/hostess will need to provide place cards for each guest with an indication of their entrée. Q: Do you charge a room rental or set up fee? A: No, all set up fees are included in your package. Q: Do you offer a reduced child and vendor meal? A: We do offer a variety of children s plated meals. They will be billed at $25.00 per child under 12 years of age. Children over 12 years will be charged as an adult. A vendor meal consisting of a boxed lunch is offered with a sandwich, chips, dessert and soft drink at $20.00 per person. Q: How long can we be in the event space? A: Our wedding package is a total of 5 hours (excluding the ceremony). To add a 6 th hour of event time, the room rental fee is $250.00. All events must conclude no later than 12:00am. Q: When do you need our final head count? A: To best serve you and your guests, a final confirmation of attendance or guarantee is required by 12PM, three business days prior to event. Q: Do I need to make a down payment to hold space for my wedding? A: Yes, only 25% is required to hold your space. Q: May I convert an open bar to a cash bar? A: Yes you may.
