Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable 50% of the total remaining estimation expenses are required 6 (six) months prior to the event 75% of the total remaining estimation expenses are required 3 (three) months prior to the event Full payment of the total remaining expenses are to be settled 1 (one) month prior to the event All additional expenses occurred on the date of the event are to be settled directly after the event
